Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Direct day-to-day operations, including setting up temporary facilities, fencing, and access points.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce stringent health, safety, and environmental regulations to minimize risk.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones against schedules, adjusting plans to prevent delays.
• Budget Control: Manage on-site expenditure, material costs, and subcontractor resources.
• Liaison & Reporting: Communicate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders, providing regular progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a site manager, often with 12 years in construction roles.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building methods, construction technology, and safety legislation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
