About the Role
We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Design Lead / Consultant to lead data design and migration strategy for SAP SuccessFactors implementations. The role focuses on mapping and transforming SAP ECC HCM data into SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with HR business requirements. You will act as a key bridge between HR stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical migration teams.
Key Responsibilities
Data Mapping & Migration
- Lead end-to-end mapping of SAP ECC HR data to SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring data integrity and compatibility
- Develop and execute migration strategies, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load (ETL) activities
- Ensure accurate historical and master data migration with reconciliation and sign-off from HR and Payroll stakeholders
- Create comprehensive mapping documents, migration plans, and transformation specifications for audit and knowledge transfer
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with HR, IT, Payroll, and Compliance teams to capture and validate data requirements
- Lead data design workshops and migration governance forums
- Translate business requirements into technical data specifications
Team Leadership & Technical Guidance
- Provide direction to data migration and design teams, resolving complex issues
- Drive continuous improvement and adherence to data governance best practices
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Implement data quality metrics and controls to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA)
- Own data-related risk management and issue resolution
Qualifications
Domain Expertise
- 8+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
- Proven hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors data model design and migration projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC HR modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management) and SuccessFactors configuration
- Experience in complex HR transformation projects and large multi-functional teams
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with migration and ETL tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, Integration Center, Boomi, SAP Data Services
- Knowledge of SAP CPI and SuccessFactors APIs
Leadership & Communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and team leadership capabilities
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for documentation and reporting
