The Senior AI Research Scientist will be working on clinical multi-agent CDS engineering workstream. The role will design and implement the MAS harness that coordinates GP, pharmacist, specialist, guideline/evidence, medication-safety and workflow agents for primary-care decision support. The system should support pre-consult briefs, iterative re-inference during consultation, safety checks, and structured next-best-action recommendations.

The scientist will be responsible for translating clinical workflow requirements into an executable architecture: agent contracts, orchestration logic, memory/state management, tool interfaces, retrieval layers, evaluation harnesses and observability. The role will also lead simulation-based testing and validation using clinical vignettes, synthetic cases, public benchmarks and protected clinical data pathways where approved.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the MAS/CDS harness, including agent roles, orchestration policies, memory/state handling, tool calling, guardrails and error recovery.
• Build simulation-based evaluation workflows that generate cases, run multi-agent consultations, compare outputs with labels or clinician review, and record failure modes.
• Engineer validation pipelines for guideline compliance, medication safety, role adherence, hallucination detection, uncertainty handling, and workflow usability.
• Integrate clinical foundation models, retrieval components, guideline knowledge bases, structured patient data and clinician feedback loops into a coherent CDS prototype.
• Lead technical design for pre-consult briefs and iterative consultation support, including re-inference when new patient information, lab results or clinician inputs are added.
• Collaborate with clinicians, product/workflow teams and evaluation teams to define acceptance criteria, benchmark scenarios, safety thresholds and pilot-readiness evidence.
• Mentor junior researchers/engineers and establish engineering standards for reproducible MAS experiments, audit trails, dataset versioning and model/system documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• PhD degree in AI, computer science, machine learning, biomedical informatics, computational science or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience building LLM applications, agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, evaluation harnesses or production-grade AI research prototypes.
• Deep understanding of LLM evaluation, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, safety guardrails, observability, state management and experiment reproducibility.
• Ability to design validation approaches for clinical AI systems, including synthetic and real-world data evaluation, clinician review workflows and error analysis.

The Medical Advisor primary responsibility is to oversee the design, implementation and conduct of some clinical studies for Moleac’s products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Clinical Trials under Moleac Drug Development Program (50%)

• Develops study concept, synopsis, full protocol, Investigator’s Brochure (IB), Informed Consent Form (ICF) and periodic safety report. Contributes medical expertise to CRF development, monitoring, data-management (DMP)and statistical analysis (SAP) plans
• Serves as Moleac liaison with KOLs, academic groups, advisory boards, investigators, etc. for study-related scientific and medical topics
• In liaison with Regulatory Affairs Department, ensure proper authorizations are obtained (Ethics Committee, IRB, Regulatory Authorities) to proceed with the assigned clinical studies
• Serves as scientific and medical advisor to provide guidance and support to Clinical Operations team, CRO/vendors and study sites personal on medical and scientific aspects of trials.
• Attends and/or presents at Kick-off meetings, Investigator’s Meeting, weekly team meetings, and vendor meetings, as needed or requested
• Performs medical review of collected data, and notably adverse events and concomitant medication coding, provide medical support for SAEs management. Performs review of Clinical Study Report (CSR) and patient narratives.
• Be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to respond to urgent protocol related issues at the investigative sites.

2. Additional responsibilities within Medical Affairs (35%)
As needed, and depending on workload, the incumbent will be assigned to contribute to some of the other activities pertaining to the Medical Affairs Department, and specifically:

• Provides in-depth perspective and support for existing and new registry platform. Ensures quality of data collection, produce reports from the registry in order to make presentations, publications, posters and promotional material

• Providing support in field intelligence and evaluation of data/publications to substantiate, update and improve the content of promotional messages and materials; and
• Reviewing accuracy of promotional messages and materials, including external communications materials such as scripts for marketing team, press releases, presentation during congresses, letters and positioning statements.

o Assist Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance team in:

• Gathering, evaluation, medical assessments and follow-up of adverse drug reaction events reported and of possible product complaints;

• Review, monitor and track adverse drug reaction events reported for all products.

REQUIREMENTS
o Medical degree - Candidates with minimum 3 years’ experience with medical affairs roles and experience in neurology/neuroscience preferred.

We are looking for an experienced clinical monitor to perform the study monitoring in the ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE ID). ADVANCE ID is jointly funded by the Welcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focused on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. It will function as an active network that involves patients in platform trials, allowing for rapid clinical research response in the event of an emerging infectious disease or pandemic threat.

The monitor should be able to supervise study sites and activities to ensure adherence to appropriate study protocols and applicable regulatory requirement terms of the study.

Duties & Responsibilities
•Conduct qualification visits (QV), site initiation visits (SIV), monitoring visits (MV) and termination visits (TV) at assigned clinical sites and generate visit reports.
•Monitor the progress of clinical study sites participating in a clinical study, and to assure the protocol is followed and data is reported accurately.
•Evaluate the quality and integrity of the reported data, site efficacy and investigational product (IP) management.

The Signature Research Programme in Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) aims to pioneer our understanding of emerging infections through world-class research that integrates immunology, infection biology, pathogen genomics, and computational approaches. This integration drives comprehensive studies of host–pathogen interactions across molecular, individual, and population scales to address emerging health challenges. 
The Coronavirus Lab, led by Assistant Professor Mart Lamers within the Signature Research Programme in Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID), is seeking a full-time Research Fellow / Senior Research Fellow in Computational Biology. Our group leverages cutting-edge technologies—including organoids, CRISPR/Cas9, single-cell and spatial omics—to study coronavirus–host interactions that influence pandemic potential and disease pathogenesis.

We welcome applications from candidates with a strong background in computational and quantitative biology. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing high-dimensional datasets and fostering an interdisciplinary research environment at the interface of virology, genomics, and data science.

We are looking for a creative, innovation-driven individual who is eager to uncover hidden patterns within complex datasets—insights that can both strengthen our experimental findings and spark bold, testable hypotheses that push the boundaries of discovery in our lab. This role also offers the freedom to develop quantitative AI/ML pipelines for pathogen risk assessment, informed by insights from our wet lab scientists.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform tasks and support all aspects of the research project.
• Carry out algorithm development and data analysis, including (but not limited to) single-cell and bulk transcriptomics, spatial omics, proteomics, and genome-wide association (GWAS) data independently.
• Lead AI/ML-driven efforts to develop pathogen risk assessment pipelines.
• Collaborate with experimental scientists to integrate computational findings with biological hypotheses.
• Contribute to scientific writing and dissemination of results through publications, presentations, and grant proposals.
• Mentor junior lab members and contribute to collaborative team science efforts.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described therein.

Job Requirements

• PhD Degree in a related scientific area (e.g., Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Machine Learning/AI, Computer Science, Virology, Cell biology, or Immunology) with demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and/or applying algorithms for multi-omics data integration.
• Proven proficiency analysing bulk and single-cell transcriptomic datasets.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python coding.
• Familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and GPU programming.
• Have experience with spatial omics or GWAS analysis is strongly advantageous.
• Experience with AI/ML approaches for biological data analysis would be advantageous.
• Have excellent quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, motivated, and adaptable, with a commitment to open and integrative team science.

Job Description:

Managed Services Development & Onboarding:

 Evaluate, shortlist, and recommend third-party vendor solutions for inclusion in the organisation’s managed services portfolio.

 Lead technical and commercial assessments of vendor offerings, including architecture, security posture, scalability, and compliance with sovereign cloud requirements.

 Work closely with vendors to onboard and integrate solutions into internal platforms and service catalogues/marketplaces.

 Define service design, operational models, and SLAs/OLAs for newly onboarded services.
