Job Description

• Manage general ledger, journal entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, including data entry, fixed assets, full set accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor / customer statements, vendor / customer aging, ensuring all accounts are updated and balanced.

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience

主要職責：

• 處理和核實發票，確保準確及時地記入會計系統。
• 管理應付帳款 (AP) 和應收帳款 (AR) 功能，包括開立發票、收款和付款。
• 監督零用現金和員工費用報銷，確保符合公司政策和規定。
• 編制月度對帳單，包括銀行對帳單和部分資產負債顯示細表。
• 協助完成月末和年末結算工作。
• 準備審計所需的輔助表格和文件，並及時回覆審計問詢。
• 與內部團隊和外部各方（包括審計人員、銀行、供應商和稅務代理）進行聯絡。
• 監控未結應收帳款，並跟進逾期付款。
• 協助管理階層處理臨時性的會計、財務和行政事務。
• 依安排履行其他財務相關職責。

職位要求：

• 會計、金融或相關領域的文憑或學位。
• 1-3年相關工作經驗。
• 具備應收帳款、應付帳款和會計流程的基本知識。
• 熟悉會計系統和微軟Excel。
• 注重細節，做事條理清晰，能夠準時完成任務。
• 具備與內部和外部利害關係人進行有效溝通的能力。
