主要職責/目標：

透過與行業專業人士建立牢固的關係、創建技術行銷內容、支持銷售團隊獲取專案規格和推動業務成長，來推廣優質金屬屋頂解決方案。

主要工作內容/職責：

• 與建築師、工程師、開發商和顧問建立聯繫，將金屬屋頂產品納入專案設計，並取得專案規格。
• 製作技術手冊、產品目錄、案例研究和數位內容，展示金屬屋頂的耐用性和優勢。
• 研究市場趨勢、競爭對手動態和客戶人口統計數據，以發現機會並調整行銷策略。
• 為銷售團隊提供行銷材料、簡報和銷售線索報告，以支援銷售活動。
• 向客戶提供全面的產品介紹，並定期向他們更新市場上的新產品和現有產品資訊。
• 與客戶會面，收集潛在項目的信息，並跟進項目，以確保與公司目標保持一致。
• 為新客戶進行產品展示，並協助銷售團隊解決與建築師或開發商有關材料批准的問題。
• 尋找並爭取與ASTAR產品組合相符的專案機會。
• 與客戶建立並維護牢固的關係，以培養客戶忠誠度並促進業務成長。
• 組織客戶互動活動，以維繫客戶關係。
• 每周和每月向部門主管提交工作活動報告。
• 為了支援和全面實施有效的 ISO 9001 品質管理體系，ISO 9001-2015
• 管理階層不時指派的任何與業務相關的職責。

所需資格和經驗：

• 行銷、建築管理、工程或相關領域的學士學位（或同等工作經驗）。
• 有建築、建材或B2B製造業經驗者佳。
• 較強的溝通和人際關係建立能力。
• 具備有效進行市場調查和分析數據的能力。
• 熟練微軟辦公軟體，包括 Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint。
• 具備建立和維護專業關係的能力。
• 自我激勵，以結果為導向，並能獨立工作。
• 能夠靈活地在本地或區域內出差參加客戶會議。

所需資格和經驗：

• 銷售、行銷或相關領域的文憑。
• 至少1-2年銷售經驗（有潛力的應屆畢業生亦可考慮）。
• 外向、精力充沛、以客戶為中心，並具備強大的談判技巧。
• 能夠用英語和馬來語進行有效溝通（會普通話/粵語者優先）。
• 具備電腦操作能力，掌握微軟辦公室軟體的基本知識。
• 願意出差，並能在壓力下工作以完成目標。
