About the Role

You are responsible to lead and manage sales activities, sales development and establishing loyalty among customers in own business area to achieve designated sales targets. Meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development. Report to General Manager Sales – Industrial Service.

Main Responsibilities

1. Leads and directs sales team activities to meet the organization’s objectives. Owns the key account management responsibilities over most important clients, sells company's products and services actively.
2. Responsible for performing Business Reviews with agreement customers, utilizing our online customer portal, aiming to renew expiring service agreements.
3. Prepare quotations, tenders and negotiate terms based on company Contractual Instructions guideline and grant levels of authority approval. Ensure that sales offer meet the company's profitability targets and allowable contract terms.
4. Regular follow up with customers on all pending new/renewal agreement and update to Siebel Sales Funnel activities.
5. Update or enrich all information on asset data quality in Siebel before converting the order.
6. Maintain and develop business relationship with customers so as to build up long term business continuity.
7. Promote the sales of Service/Modernization to customers as and when the opportunity arises and passes on the enquiries to Service/Modernization Sales Representatives for follow up with potential customers.
8. Promote YKC adoption to all agreement customer and Checkapp packages in bundling New/Renewal Agreement.
9. Implement parts sales strategy jointly with Parts sales representative by developing new parts list to customers in order to help achieve parts orders and sales targets for the Division.
10. Perform field activities according to HSE procedures and standards in order to achieve required safety standards.
11. Provide input to General Manager Sales Industrial Service on expected orders and sales for New/Renewal Agreement to help with budget estimation for the following year.
12. Leads, directs, evaluates, coaches and develops a team of sales team. Manages the sales related activities through the CRM systems, ensuring appropriate target setting, reporting, lead identification and reporting. Ensures the sales process is managed efficiently through the CRM system.
13. Coordinate with Planner and ensure all are met when there is an update of changes; schedule, site requirement, safety standard, delivery timeline, etc.
14. Assist Finance and Administration team to follow up with customers to ensure timely invoicing and prompt collection of overdue debts.
15. Responsible for cross-functional operations, ensuring all tasks are completed according to sales and marketing strategies.
16. Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

ABOUT THE ROLE

•Responsible for performing routine maintenance and minor repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.

•Assist in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

•Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure all equipment is safe and well-maintained.

• Prepare selected work paper on timely manner and with department’s quality standard.
• Maintain audit department’s policy and procedure for audit quality assurance.
• Conduct audit test work for the audit objectives identified, and prepare work paper.
• Perform all field work in competent and professional manner.
• Provide evidential support for all report recommendation.
• Assist Senior in preparing accurate and concise audit report to the management.
• Assist Senior in monitoring the audit budget and realization to meet the deadline.
• To exercise discretion in the review of records to ensure confidentiality.

• Bachelor's Degree from reputable university with min GPA 3.0 majoring in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 1 year experience in consultant/accounting firm.
• Experienced in handling hospitality client and SAP accounting software is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in internal controls, observations and giving recommendations for business process and control issues as well as its operations.
• Having a strong logic, analysis, problem solving skills, initiative, team work, strong sense of responsibility, and integrity.
• Advanced knowledge of risks, controls, accounting and / or information technology operations.
• Having a good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer Literate. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Willing to be placed in Jimbaran, Bali.

1/ Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling any issues related to their accounts and orders.

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed.

2. Strategy Development:

• Ensure all tasks are performed with a strong commitment to Safety and the implementation of 5S practices.

About This Role

To Perform site technical support for Installation, testing, and commissiong of variuous product of overhead travelling cranes, including retrofit and modernization works, within the country coverage area.

Main Responsibilities

• To perform and support installation, testing, and commissioning of any customer order manage by site supervisor for various products of overhead cranes, including retrofit and modernization, and repair works.
• To perform and support site inspection
• To attend and support factory acceptance test.
• To coordinate with appointed sub-contractor related to installation and commissioning works.
• To coordinate with all internal stakeholders for the successful of delivering the customer order.
• To complete and provide proper electronic and/or printed documentation utilizing the established company tools (if applicable)
• To participate in development program to improve both hard skils and soft skills
• To complete service reports and other required and appropriate documents in a professional, accurate, neat and legible manner and submit same in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines
• To maintain all company issued equipment, vehicle and assets in a safe and proper working order. Operate tools, equipment and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Notify supervisor of any deficiencies for resolution
• To follow all established safety rules and procedures, including those established by the customer

About This Role

To manage and handling order of industrial services especially retrofit and modernization of various product overhead travelling cranes, within the country coverage area.

Main Responsibilities

• To provide support within the country for all Branches (West, Central and East) regarding project execution of SP22M and SP27, as assigned by direct manager
• To provide weekly reports regarding project execution progress of SP22M and SP27
• To develop project plan/schedule and to monitor the progress
• To prepare project documentation in accordance with customer requirements as stated in the contract or customer order, up to the Minutes of project completion signed by the customer
• To coordinate with customers regarding project planning and scheduling
• To coordinate with sales, branch operations and support teams, as well as vendors/suppliers/sub-contractors appointed by the purchasing team regarding project execution
• To carry out all work activities by implementing standard company procedures
• To collaborate with internal and external parties to maintain business opportunities that provide benefits for the company - To maintain tools/equipment and safety outfit
