ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing and modifying optimization and measurement commands, for Hard Disk Drive product, related to product read/ write operation.
• Designing and modifying test methods, running validation and reviewing parametric data, to assure firmware code quality.
• Troubleshoot failures/ problems occur during continuous integration tests or product integration tests

1. Sales order processing and maintenance including debit note, credit note and credit returns without errors.
2. Monitor and regular follow up on outstanding open orders.
3. Down payment and shipping invoices creation (Excel/SAP)
4. Liaise with LOG/Warehouse/Purchasing to ensure on time delivery to customers.
5. Coordinate with LOG/Warehouse for delivery of customers’ orders.
6. Provide pro-active information to customers and sales regarding delivery status of customers’ orders, especially orders which are delayed from plant.
7. Update and upload invoice to selected customers’ web portal ie: TNB.
8. Upload returned signed delivery notes from customer into SAP.
9. Packing Lists preparation for project pending for deliveries
10. Update SOM tracking sheet with information of order confirmation from supplier, ETA DCMY and ETD customers.
11. Regular update of customer requested date in SAP sales order.
12. Ensure on time delivery to customer based on request date.
13. Additional tasks to support SOM department assigned by Manager.

• Perform a variety of assigned tasks intended to develop professional knowledge and practical engineering skills.
• Apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and established criteria in carrying out assigned work.
• Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work and in making preliminary selections and adaptations of science alternatives.
• Support senior team members with technical tasks and documentation under supervision.

We are looking for an Intern, reporting to the Manager, Legal based in Wisma Tune, Kuala Lumpur.

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve:

• Perform and assist in legal research as may be assigned by any of the Legal Counsels.
• Perform and assist in document reviews, data extraction, data entry and migration.
• Assist in all steps required for the completion and signing of all legal agreements, contracts, legal forms, statutory declarations, affidavits, board resolutions and/or any legal or company secretarial documentation. 
• Assist the filing, scanning, organization, copying, saving and/or archiving of all such signed legal or company secretarial documentation.
• Assist to maintain and update the legal contract master list and corporate tracking list for all Teleport entities.
• Assist to manage the Contract Management System or any other systems implemented or used by the department on behalf of the legal department, to ensure all legal documentation is easily accessible and retrievable at any time.
• Assist in ensuring that all agreement templates, deal checklists and general terms and conditions are updated with the latest version for all Teleport entities, as required by the respective legal counsel.
• Assist the Manager or General Counsel with extracting documents and data or preparation of documents or reports pursuant to audit exercises, reporting or quarterly compliance testing requirements.
• Assist with stamping of agreements either online in LHDN website or hardcopy, as required.
• Prepare basic internal/external correspondences, letters, memo or legal online newsletters.
• Communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the legal team,
• Other administrative, clerical and organization support as may be assigned from time-to-time by the legal department including assisting with arranging meetings, securing meeting rooms, and procuring stationery or tools.

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree holder or student, or any other relevant certifications or qualifications. Experience working in a legal department or law firm is an advantage.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in writing and speaking in English is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Analytical thinker, resourceful, proficient with research tools.
• Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Skilled usage and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in Google Doc and Google Sheet.
• Ability to grasp and interpret basic legal documents.
• Ability to do basic legal research.

Main Responsibilities (Tasks) :

• System Data Entry:
• Perform data entry for misroute cases into the system
• Collect and sort scattered details from individual team emails to complete entries.
• Ensure accurate logging of misroute case details.
• Basic Follow-ups: Conduct basic follow-ups as directed to gather necessary information
• Document Logging: Log relevant documents related to each case.

Note : This intern role provides fundamental support focused on data management and does not involve handling complex investigations or critical reports. 

Qualifications :

Age: 18 years or older 

Availability: Minimum 3 months; 6-12 months preferred

Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Language: Good written and spoken English.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email).
