We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development and Client Account Manager to join our growing team in the ground transport sector.
This hybrid role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing key accounts in ground transport and hospitality services. With our expanding international footprint, you’ll play a key role in bridging opportunities across Asia and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the ground transport and hospitality ecosystem
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue from existing clients through upselling, cross-selling, and deepening partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends (e.g., sustainability in transport, digitalisation, EV adoption in ground fleets, low-emission regulations), and identify growth opportunities—particularly in competitive landscapes across Asia and beyond.
• Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on key performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience (ideally 4–8+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the transport/hospitality industry — preferably with direct exposure to ground transport and hospitality
• Strong familiarity with EMEA markets (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) is highly preferred — including understanding of key players and regional regulations
• Good knowledge of APAC ground transport market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a hunter-farmer mindset (able to both acquire new clients and grow existing ones).
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS office and experience in using online tools to enhance efficiency
• Singapore-based with the right to work in Singapore; willingness to travel locally (and potentially regionally/internationally) as needed.
