About the role
Your primary goal is to ensure that our creative teams can deliver groundbreaking work that exceeds client expectations, within agreed budgets and timelines. You’ll create project proposals and partner with our clients to write clear creative briefs. You’ll manage budgets and timelines, gather creative feedback, and keep your teams informed. What you’ll be doing

Qualifications

● Must have experience as a client-facing program manager at either an interactive creative agency or an in-house creative department for a well-respected brand.H

ROLE OVERVIEW

Interior architecture and FF&E run through the heart of WeCraft’s work. We are seeking an Intermediate Interior & FF&E Designer to take independent ownership of that scope, freeing senior capacity while raising the quality and pace of delivery. You will work closely with, and to the creative direction of, the Interior & FF&E Director, interpreting and extending WeCraft’s design language across your packages while exercising sound independent judgement.

You will develop interior-architectural design from concept through construction-ready documentation, design and specify furniture, fixtures and equipment, source materials and finishes to brief and budget, and work closely with the Maison WeCraft procurement team to bring schemes to life. You will also begin to guide our junior interior designer and coordinate with the offshore technical-design bench.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

—  Own interior-architectural design and documentation from concept to detailed construction and procurement sets, meeting client brief, budget and programme.

—  Design, select and specify FF&E; prepare FF&E schedules, finish boards and specifications for procurement.

—  Develop millwork, joinery and bespoke detailing in line with WeCraft’s craft-led design language.

—  Source materials, finishes and furnishings to specification and budget, coordinating with Maison WeCraft on procurement and lead times.

—  Produce and coordinate drawings, BIM models and visualisations, and assemble coordinated DD and CD sets.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

—  Degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.

—  At least 5–7 years of continuous professional interior-architectural experience, ideally including high-end residential and/or hospitality. Internships do not count towards the years of experience.

—  Demonstrated FF&E design, specification and sourcing experience, and command of DD/CD documentation.

—  Strong eye for materials, finishes and bespoke detailing; appreciation of craftsmanship and fabrication.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related discipline

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required

Position Summary

The Senior/ Package Designer is responsible for product and tooling design.

Candidates with wafer bumping, WLCSP, BGA or fanout packaging experience are encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

• With reference to internal design guidelines, work with the internal & external customer to:
• Generate, update, and revise electrical routing layout based on the netlist or design provided by external customers.
• Generate test vehicle design and the related PCB design.
• Prepare design risk assessment report.
• Generate reticle and stencil design.
• Generate other schematics or drawing as requested.

• Review, maintenance and update the design guidelines.
• Manage the conversion of internal design into suppliers’ final design.

Requirements

• Experience of using Cadence APD in RDL routing and mask design for wafer-level processes including Wafer bumping, WLCSP, BGA, eWLB and other fan-out processes will bean advantage
• Hands-on skills on design software tools like Linkcad, Cadence, CAM350, AutoCAD, GDS, Gerber editors
