• Relevant work experience in a Fashion Design/Technical or Proficiency 3D platforms (Clo/ Browzwear) role is a plus.
• Possess a strong technical foundation and knowledge in apparel construction, patterns and textiles required.
• Ability to gather appropriate input and make clear, well-reasoned decisions.
• A professional team player, eager to learn with strong interpersonal skills
• Driven individual with the ability to be hands-on, have aesthetically keen eye for high end designs
• Well-verse in discussing and presenting design work across to the team; open to giving and receiving feedback.
• Highly disciplined with excellent work ethics and positive attitude, organized and meticulous
• A reliable problem solver with empathy for client’s requests, able to come up with solutions, takes initiatives, follow-through in tasks and a strong sense of urgency
• Able to work independently and as a team, multi-task, be pro-active and meet tight deadlines

• Ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanour within a flexible, dynamic and (at times noisy) work environment.
• Must be able to travel internationally and domestically utilizing various transportation methods.
• Actively participate in design off-sites, inspiration trips or related activities; and understanding of the sports that the Company produces.
