Job Scope:
- Manage and respond to public written enquiries and correspondence
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to enhance service quality and user experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing enquiries and providing timely, professional responses
- Promote service excellence resources and foster a service-oriented culture
- Provide empathetic support, including guidance and referrals to relevant support services where needed
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior customer service experience/case support experience is advantageous
