We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable NDC Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a deep understanding of IATA NDC standards, particularly related to airline inventory. This role requires expertise in various versions of IATA NDC, including 17.2, 18.1, 18.2, and 21.3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and consultation on IATA NDC implementation across different airline inventory versions.
- Assist clients and internal teams in troubleshooting issues related to IATA NDC.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in IATA NDC and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and team members on NDC capabilities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to NDC processes and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience with IATA NDC airline inventory, specifically:
- IATA NDC 17.2
- IATA NDC 18.1
- IATA NDC 18.2
- IATA NDC 21.3
- Diploma in IATA or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in the travel industry, including experience working with Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role within the airline industry.
- Familiarity with other travel technology standards and platforms.
