The Role

We're hiring a Senior Technical Operations Associate to own the layer of operations that requires technical literacy: procurement of engineering components and lab equipment, technical vendor relationships, engineering inventory, and the systems and tools that keep our operational infrastructure running.

You'll work alongside our existing team which owns generalist ops, logistics, and deployment coordination. Your lane is the technical one. Engineers will come to you with procurement needs, and you'll come back with sharper market intelligence than they had when they asked—alternative suppliers, equivalent components at better value, lead time trade-offs, vendors worth trusting. You're here to make their decisions better. 

What You Will Do

Own technical procurement end-to-end. You'll handle procurement of engineering components, lab equipment, and technical consumables—from evaluating purchase requests to coordinating with engineering leads on BOM requirements. The expectation is bringing procurement intelligence that engineers don't have time to build themselves.

Manage the vendors that matter most. You'll own the Approved Vendor List for technical and engineering suppliers and develop relationships with specialized hardware vendors, component suppliers, and calibration and testing service providers. Credibility is the currency here—engineers need to trust your recommendations, and vendors need to take you seriously.

Keep engineering inventory ahead of demand. You'll own tracking of engineering equipment, components, and technical assets, and maintain inventory systems that are accurate, queryable, and genuinely useful.

Build and own the operational systems layer. You'll identify and automate operational workflows that are currently running on manual effort. The goal is building systems that scale with the company, not just solve today's problem.

Be the technical resource when operations gets complex. When deployments or field operations involve specialized equipment, customs compliance for technical goods, or hardware readiness, you're the technical ops resource working alongside the team that owns the broader coordination.

Job Title: Operational Resilience Analyst
Monthly Salary: $9,000 – $12,500 SGD

Roles & Responsibilities

• Map important business services to underlying technology stacks
• Define and document impact tolerances for critical business services
• Identify single points of failure and concentration risks
• Conduct scenario testing to validate resilience capabilities
• Assess resilience gaps and drive remediation plans
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory submission
• Stay current with regulatory requirements (MAS Guidelines on Business Continuity Management)
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Support integration of resilience into change management processes
• Continuously improve operational resilience framework and practices
• Maintain a resilience dashboard with key metrics
• Coordinate with internal audit and compliance teams

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, or Information Technology
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operational resilience or business continuity
• MBCI (Member of BCI) or CBCP certification required
• Experience with MAS regulations and guidelines
• Strong understanding of technology dependencies and risk assessment
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Experience with resilience management tools (Fusion, Castell, or similar)
• Proven track record of successful regulatory engagement
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical
– information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.

• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.

• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.

• For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy.

• Collate and rationalize all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team

• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.

• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.

• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.

• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.
