Job Description

We are looking for high energy, self-motivated, result driven individual for NAND Process Development Films Senior/Principal Lead Engineer role.  The individual will lead a team of exceptional engineers to identify, prioritize and drive process solutions to deliver within schedule for yield, reliability and cost gaps for NAND technology nodes in different stages of technology introduction and development.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safe environment through proactive safety practices and by ensuring safety policies are always followed.

• Hire, develop, mentor, and manage a team of highly capable process engineers.

• Create a culture of innovation and tenacity within group to meet the needs of accelerated technology cadence.

• Provide regular feedback to your team members on performance, developing a career plan and mentoring the team members to support their professional development, through Micron’s performance planning and appraisal process.

• Set strategy for future technology nodes and help define roadmap.

• Engage with suppliers to develop the process and equipment needed to meet Micron’s technology roadmap.

• Collaborate with other process development, process integration, manufacturing development to align on project priorities and deliver robust, manufacturing friendly processes on time.

• Partner with Manufacturing fab for effective transfer, pilot ramp and ongoing development to achieve TECHNODE gate criteria.

• Engage with Procurement & Operations Central Teams and lead worldwide alignment efforts across technology to improve area effectiveness.

• This position requires communications and collaboration with partners both locally and globally. Strict adherence to Micron Intellectual Property protection policy is a must.

Requirements :

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Materials Science or similar related field.

• Prior leader experience in Semiconductor industry is higher preferred.

• At least 5 yrs experience in the semiconductor industry with CVD/Diffusion background and strong organizational and technical skills with demonstrated success in engagement with worldwide teams.

• Demonstrated ability to lead successful projects and experience overseeing a process engineering team

• Must be able to instill a department culture within each team member in-line with the company core values.

• Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written)

• Demonstrated ability to take calculated risks challenging oneself and others to execute on new solutions.

• An excellent mentor, team builder, motivator and technical expert with proven ability to solicit feedback, accept input, and analyze success/failure.

• Must offer strategic thinking within the context of the PD leadership team in topics of team engagement, group morale, conducive working atmosphere and work culture.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Commissioning Manager to take ownership of site commissioning activities for electrical and mechanical systems on data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will lead the QA/QC and commissioning teams from installation through to energisation and client handover.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end commissioning programme — from scheduling installation milestones to overseeing testing, energisation and system startup across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Serve as the primary technical interface with the commissioning agent, resolving issues and ensuring alignment between site execution and design intent.
• Lead and facilitate vendor coordination meetings, including energisation readiness reviews and startup presentations to the client.
• Verify that all systems are brought online safely and in accordance with project specifications, contractual timelines and baseline programme.
• Apply working knowledge of electrical SLDs and mechanical P&IDs to review, interpret and action technical documents on site.
• Champion safe isolation practices — LOTO compliance is non-negotiable on your watch.
• Drive root cause analysis whenever deviations or failures occur during commissioning, and implement corrective actions.
• Represent the company in weekly progress meetings with clients, main contractors and subcontractors.

What You Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site commissioning experience; senior candidates with more experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret SLDs and P&IDs confidently.
• Solid understanding of LOTO procedures and site safety protocols.
