Key Responsibilities

The position works mainly in maintenance and engineering of plant process electrical equipment, instrumentations controls, equipment field automation and infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant EICS asset integrity, reliability, and corrective maintenance in compliance with AIP standards.
• Develop and implement electrical safety procedures, engineering, and maintenance procedures, ensuring safe isolation of electrical equipment.
• Diagnose faults using pneumatic, electrical, and electronic test equipment; interpret manufacturers’ manuals for maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HV/LV switchgears, transformers, circuit breakers, MCCs, DBs, UPS systems, VFDs, and soft starters.

The Candidate should have:

• Diploma or NTC qualification in a technical or engineering discipline; an electrical or instrumentation discipline would be essential.
• Minimum of 6 years hands on maintenance experience in the process plant and related industries.
• Good functional knowledge and experience in the maintenance of Process Equipment and Instrumentations.
• Good PC skills and understanding of electrical drawings, logic diagrams, programming, schematics, loop drawings and P&IDs.

Skillsets/Qualifications Needed

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
