Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

VionData Partners is seeking 1 full-time Operations Support Officer to be deployed to Concord Primary School under a Ministry of Education contract. You will support the school’s daily operations, including cleanliness, logistics, and general maintenance tasks. This role requires physical fitness, reliability, and prior school-based operations experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain general cleanliness of school areas, classrooms, and cleaning equipment. 

• Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment. 

• Escort external contractors and ensure they carry out authorised works only. 

• Ensure all rooms’ lights, fans, and air conditioners are switched off before leaving. 

• Lock doors and roller shutters, and arm the school alarm system at end of day. 

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager, Administration Manager, or School Leaders.

Requirements (Mandatory) 

At least 3 years of relevant working experience as an Operations Support Officer (OSO) in a school setting 

Physical fitness 

Able to carry furniture, equipment, and perform walking/standing duties 

Language 

Proficient in English (spoken and written) 

Tech skills 

Competent in using common smartphone apps (e.g., internet browser, Singpass, WhatsApp) and Walkie-Talkie 

Location preference 

Reside within ~30 minutes of Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4 by public transport 

Personal attributes 

Pleasant disposition, positive attitude, reliable, and able to work independently.

Additional Information for Candidates 

• This is a full-time, contract-based deployment under VionData Partners. 

• Contract period: 1 August 2026 – 31 July 2027 (with possible 1-year extension at school’s discretion). 

• Salary will be paid monthly, exclude GST. 

• Training on school-specific procedures will be provided. 

• Replacement coverage: If deployed personnel is unsuitable or resigns, you may be required to provide a replacement within 14 working days (at no extra cost to school).
