The role

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for advising on and selling aftercare services for existing installations. • Preferably 3 – 5 years of work experience, with a technical background being an advantage.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Analytical skills with the ability to gather and process relevant information and formulate solutions.
• Strong communication skills; able to clearly and convincingly convey information both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Commercially driven mindset.
• Flexible and available to participate in the on-call service for urgent issues.
• Experience with ERP systems isa plus.
