• Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements from internal stakeholdersand customers
• Convert requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Maintain requirement documentation in tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews,and retrospectives
• Act as Scrum Master backup when required, supporting meeting facilitation and follow-ups
• Assist in preparing UAT test scenarios and test cases
• Ensure business requirements are met before release
• Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements during development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum concepts 
• Familiarity with IT systems and software development processes
• Ability to write clear requirements and user stories
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus

• Experience supporting testing activities such as SIT, UAT, or system implementation projects is preferred.
