This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to lead requirements, solutioning and functional delivery on global product builds and bank implementations. The role sits at the intersection of banking business knowledge and software product engineering: eliciting and shaping requirements, translating complex trade and SCF business processes into product capabilities and configurations, and steering functional delivery from discovery through UAT and go-live. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly demand planning activities by consolidating sales forecasts, analyzing forecast accuracy against actual performance and prior submissions, and reporting key variances to Sales and Supply Chain leadership.

• Align inventory and replenishment plans with sales demand through monthly Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) reviews, MRP analysis, requisition validation, and coordination with suppliers and distribution centers.

• Monitor warehouse and in-transit inventory, track Months of Supply coverage, and proactively escalate supply risks, shortages, delays, or inventory gaps.

• Coordinate with 3PL providers to manage inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, transportation, and delivery operations, while ensuring order fulfillment efficiency and inventory accuracy.

• Oversee customer order management, including sales order creation, urgent order handling, shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and maintenance of shipping documentation.

• Develop and maintain supply chain process documentation, including lead times, SOPs, work instructions, and end-to-end procedures with 3PL partners.

• Coordinate logistics execution across air, ocean, FCL/LCL, land, and courier shipments by working closely with customers, 3PL warehouse providers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and shipment visibility.

• Maintain accurate ERP transactions, stock availability updates, freight coordination, shipping documentation, filing records, and shipment amendment follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, order management, or 3PL warehouse coordination, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or start-up environment.

• Strong knowledge of customer order fulfillment, inventory coordination, logistics execution, KPI tracking, and South Korea import, customs, and regulatory requirements is a must.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis; experience with ERP systems, Tableau, macros, Visio, or other reporting tools would be advantageous.

• Strong communication skills in Korean and English, with the ability to work effectively with customers, distributors, internal stakeholders, 3PL providers, and forwarders from Korea.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Supply Chain & Business Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines supply chain management, procurement, logistics, business operations, sales support, marketing, and administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions and driving operational excellence.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Management to ensure smooth business processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Logistics

• Coordinate procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.

• Manage domestic and international logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

• Monitor and coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in transportation and warehouse operations.

Procurement & Supplier Management

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or a similar role.

• Experience coordinating logistics and working with 3PL providers.

• Basic knowledge of import/export regulations and customs compliance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred

• Experience in the manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• CIPS or other supply chain-related certification is an advantage.

• Experience using Canva or similar design tools for business and marketing materials.
