The Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Agency Operations Manager to lead day-to-day booking operations, vendor relationships, and service delivery for EMA's corporate and premium clients.

This is not a call centre or case management role — those functions sit with EMA’s existing assistance centres in Malaysia. This role is focused on the travel agency side of the business: ticketing, GDS operations, supplier relationships, booking quality, and client servicing standards.

You will be the operational back bone that turns EMA Travel from a concept into a functioning, professional travel agency — and you’ll work closely with the founder to shape processes from day one.

Travel Agency Operations

•    Own end-to-end booking operations: flights, hotels, ground transport, and ancillary services

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the service, retail, hospitality, or spa & wellness industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR policies, and MOM regulations.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Familiar with compensation & benefits practices and HR systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This isn’t your average marketing role. As Marketing Manager at IMBA, you will help shape how audiences experience our exhibitions, programmes, venue activations, and brand universe. Beyond running campaigns, you’ll play a key role in building cultural relevance, audience engagement, and commercial visibility across everything we do.

You’ll work across exhibitions, immersive experiences, public programming, partnerships, events, and venue activations, collaborating closely with creative, content, operations, and leadership teams to ensure the IMBA brand is consistently experienced both online and on-ground.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly hands-on, creatively driven, operationally strong, and excited by fast-paced execution within the arts, culture, and entertainment space.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaigns & Brand Activations

• Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, experiential, partnerships, and on-ground channels
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and execution flow from planning to launch
• Work closely with content, design, programming, and ops teams to ensure alignment across all activations
• Support creative ideation, campaign storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Oversee IMBA’s day-to-day social media presence across platforms including Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and community management initiatives
• Coordinate content rollouts, scheduling, and platform strategy with the content/creative teams
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimise content and campaign effectiveness

Programming, Exhibitions & Venue Activations

• Support the marketing and rollout of exhibitions, immersive experiences, workshops, public programmes, and venue activations
• Coordinate campaign communications before, during, and after events, including media previews, social coverage, partnerships, and documentation
• Work alongside programming and operations teams to ensure strong audience turnout and smooth activation execution
• Support ticketing, and venue promotional initiatives where required

Partnerships & Outreach

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, creators, media, schools, communities, and collaborators
• Support sponsorship and cross-promotional opportunities where relevant
• Maintain strong relationships with agencies, media contacts, partners, and stakeholders

Reporting & Operations

• Track and report on campaign performance, audience insights, engagement metrics, and ROI
• Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and marketing administration where required
• Maintain organised marketing trackers, campaign decks, reports, and asset management systems

Preferred Attributes

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, communications, events, or cultural programming

The Finance Manager anchors the organisation with financial rigour, operational control, and commercial clarity. This role ensures our venue operates on strong governance foundations while enabling ambitious programming and sustainable growth.

You will safeguard accuracy, accountability, and performance across every transaction that powers the IMBA experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Set Accounting & Reporting

• Manage full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closing
• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance explanations
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors

2. Revenue & Reconciliation

• Oversee daily and weekly sales reconciliation (ticketing, POS, event settlements)
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue reporting
• Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
• Issue monthly statements of accounts to customers

3. Accounts Payable & Cost Control

• Review supplier invoices and ensure timely payment processing
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Monitor operational expenses and flag cost anomalies

4. Compliance & Tax

• Prepare GST submissions and support tax compliance processes
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with statutory requirements
• Support annual audit process

5. Budget & Performance Support

• Track budget vs actual performance
• Prepare weekly sales and performance dashboards for operations
• Support management with financial data for event/programme evaluation

6. Process & Controls

• Maintain internal control processes
• Propose workflow improvements where gaps are identified
• Ensure financial documentation is properly filed and traceable

Preferred Attributes:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–6 years of experience handling full sets of accounts
• Experience in venue operations, events, F&B, retail, or hospitality preferred
• Strong GST knowledge and Singapore compliance familiarity.
• Strong Excel skills
• Proficiency in accounting and Microsoft Office softwares (Prior experience in Xero. Quickbook is a plus).
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
