About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Retail Consultant to lead the design and delivery of complex SAP solutions within retail environments. This role is critical in shaping end-to-end retail transformations—bridging business strategy with SAP capabilities to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation across multi-channel retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Retail solutions across multiple project phases (discover, design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize)

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering SAP solutions within the retail industry, with strong exposure to core retail processes

• Proven track record in leading functional workstreams or teams in large-scale SAP transformation programs

• Deep understanding of retail operations (e.g., merchandising, store operations, supply chain) and ability to map these to SAP solutions

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting workshops, managing fit-gap analysis, and driving solution design decisions

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical audiences

• Experience across full SAP project lifecycle, including blueprint, build, and go-live phases

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What you will be working on

As a DevOps Consultant, you will play a key role in strengthening the architecture, automation and operational practices that support application development and deployment across cloud and on-premise environments. You will lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automated security checks and observability monitoring to improve deployment reliability, system resilience and operational readiness. Roles & Responsibilities

§ Lead the design and implementation of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and Controlling (CO) solutions within SAP S/4 HANA Finance domain.

§ Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment runs

§ Define cost allocation cycles, planning, budgeting, and variance analysis frameworks

§ Ensure alignment with business performance management and reporting needs

§ Ensure alignment with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

§ Lead functional workstream delivery across SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

§ Drive adoption ofS/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal and real-time analytics

§ Translate requirements into functional design and configuration specifications

Role Requirement

§ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline

§ Over 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years with S/4HANA

§ Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments(e.g., RISE with SAP) and full lifecycle SAP implementations (design-build-test-deployment-hypercare).

§ Completed a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementation projects (lasting at least 4 years in total), with at least 2 of them being S/4HANA projects

§ More than 5 years of team lead experience and managed and led at least 3 team members.

§ Has worked on projects involving at least 20company codes and/or plants

·      We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance & RE-FX Consultant to lead finance transformation initiatives with hands on experience on SAP Real Estate Management. 

·      This role drives end-to-end SAP implementations, enabling improved financial visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting complex lease processes. 

Key Responsibilities

·       • Lead SAP Finance transformation and implementation projects with emphasis on RE-FX

·       • Drive end-to-end real estate and lease lifecycle processes including contract management and reporting (both lease-in and lease-out scenarios) 

·      • Experience to configure and support other SAP FICO modules including AP, AR, GL, AA and/or PS is preferred 

·      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into SAP solutions 

·      • Ensure integration between RE-FX and other SAP/non-SAP systems 

·      • Manage delivery timelines, scope, and quality assurance 

·      • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

This position will be responsible for managing all Information security projects of our clients, and this includes implementation of ISO 27001, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, HIPPA, Privacy, and other security standards and frameworks.

* Understand the applicable legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements and ensure client compliance with those requirements.

* Perform gap analysis against ISO 27001 and create a gap assessment report.

* Plan and execute Information Security Implementation projects to completion and successful certification.

* Perform Information security risk assessment and create a risk report and risk treatment plan.

* Provide information security implementation guidance to functional teams in client organizations.

* Advise the client organization on information security policies, processes, and procedures.

* Conduct Information security and cybersecurity awareness and training programs to different stakeholders.

* Collaborate with technical teams (Infrastructure and applications) to implement Infrastructure security controls.

* Manage all third-party vendors of Information security and business continuity.

Requirements:
* Must have a bachelor's degree in information technology / Information System / Electronics or related area.

* Must have at least one of these certifications, CISA or CISSP or CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

* Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Information Security (ISO 27001, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Cloud Security)

* Strong communication skills and analytical skills

* Strong working knowledge on cybersecurity risks, frameworks, best practices and industry / regulatory requirements.
