The Role

You'll own the content-to-distribution pipeline end-to-end: take drafted articles through quality review, optimize for SEO, publish to our Ghost blog, distribute via newsletter and social media, and measure what's working. Then you'll build the engine that produces 2+ pieces per week sustainably.

This is a ground-floor role — pre-revenue, post MVP. You'll have direct access to the leadership team, real influence on how Clyro shows up publicly, and meaningful ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

• Monitor media clippings and report, propose media activities/programs within allocated budget to ensure Communications KPIs are achieved at the end of the calendar year
• Compile media briefing books for all interviews as well as review questions and proposed answers to ensure accurate and updated information are presented
• Develop strategic partnerships for prospecting & brand exposure on central or dealers’ level where necessary
• Review with sales team and propose media / PR activities to support sales where necessary
• Build and manage media, celebrity and influencer relations
• Communications crisis management – to keep Head of Marketing & PR, APAC and PR Manager, APAC informed of any potential crisis
• To keep abreast of competitor’s PR, Corporate, Social & Digital activities
• To keep up to date with latest/new Social & Digital tools/platforms

Requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
• Fluent in English and proficiency in Italian would be advantageous as this role involves regular interaction with HQ in Italy
• Good understanding and experienced in luxury goods or car industry
• Experienced in dealer and/or agency management
• Experienced in retail marketing, CRM & experiential marketing
• Experienced in leads and prospecting generation
• Experienced in budget management

       4.  To prepare Forwarder’s Cargo Receipt and Bill of Lading for collection by vendors.

       5.  To prepare and submit proforma original bill of lading to ocean carriers.

       6.  To keep proper filing for each shipment.

       7.  To prepare billing invoice & do bill placement to customer. 

       8.  To update information to system timely.

       9.  To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.
