Responsibilities

• Identifying, establishing and managing corporate partnerships
• Setting and keeping to marketing and sales targets by forecasting marketing work for the Group, preparing sales & marketing operating budgets, scheduling expenditure and analysing variances and initiating corrective action, with market development and increased penetration in mind
• Designing, conceptualizing and managing digital communication and graphics e.g. banner, external e-newsletters, social media campaign, sign-up forms, desktop wallpaper and screensaver and videos
• Managing open days with corporate partners including designing and conceptualizing digital and print invites, feedback forms, name tags, lanyards, attendance certificates, event T-shirts, name badges, paper bags, folders, corporate giveaways, conference brochures, stage backdrop, roll-up banners, digital banner and other event structures
• Managing in-clinic marketing, storefront façade, interior displays in-line with building management rules and advertising guidelines
• Leading on all public relations work to promote the Group using various media channels
• Shaping the Group’s corporate branding
• Managing in-house communications e.g. company newsletter
• Managing the marketing team (including the website designer and the videographer) and
• Other duties as assigned to you by Management including participating in feasibility study of new business opening.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing preferably.
• Possess strong IT background/knowledge.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Wordpress, Google Adwords, Social Platform, Marketing, Graphic Designing
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory/managerial role (preferably in the health industry) and strong leadership skills.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Strong creative outlook.
• Ability to multi-task simultaneously and to work under pressure.

Digital Marketing Executive

As a key player in the team, the candidate is responsible for developing and implementing paid campaigns across various digital channels. He / She will work closely in cross-functional teams to govern, monitor, analyze, and improve global campaigns' effectiveness. He / She is expected to stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and propose innovative online marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, execute, monitor and optimize high performing campaigns across various channels like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Bing etc., with the target of lead generation or brand awareness.
2. Improve the return-on-investment of the digital activities by optimizing keyword portfolios, business data feeds, audiences, ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies.
3. Activate data, research, and insights for the planning of target-oriented campaigns
4. Provide oversight, manage, budget reporting and performance review of all primary metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking and other paid search initiatives regularly.
5. Monitor campaign execution and performance to optimize campaign strategies, content delivery, internal processes, and new approaches.
6. Creating conversion-driven landing pages, run A/B tests and identify opportunities to increase conversion
7. Liaise with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC industry trends and developments, implementing optimization strategies and approaches to improve platforms and social media channels' effectiveness.


Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree with a specialisation in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in campaign management (paid & organic).
· Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics and other supporting tools.
· Proven track record in a SEA and Social Media role with a strong understanding of planning, target audience setting. Keyword variations and bidding.
· Excellent understanding of the latest SEA/ Social Media trends.
· Strong written and spoken skills.
· Experience in working with the HubSpot, Google Analytics and Campaign Manager is a plus.
· Highly self-motivated and assertive personality and take ownership of projects.

• Reply to all emails sent by prospective patients to the company’s general enquiry email addresses in a professional, courteous and timely manner

• Call or text message prospective patients where a phone number has been provided to make appointments and follow up with an email.

• Handle live chat by replying to messages posted live on website by prospective patients.

• Advise estimated treatment cost and briefly describe procedure.

• Send emails to live chat contactees who were not replied to eg because of out of office hours

• Follow-up on patient leads from other online sources

• Follow-up with cancelled appointments to reschedule appointments

• Follow-up on leads on a daily basis

• Handle Facebook and Instagram: post comments and reply to messages

• Call patients that had called the Night Dental hotline the previous night to check that their appointment has been made

• Call patients the day after their surgery to see how they are doing

• Handle incoming calls that spill over when a clinic has missed them by greeting and re-directing caller appropriately

• Any other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements
·  Minimum GCE N level.  Candidates with relevant work experience may be considered

·  Training will be provided for those with lesser experience.

·  Have excellent communication skills to reassure patients and create a friendly and condusive atmosphere 

·  Ability to speak English and any other languages to attend to patient’s enquiries and communicate with non-English speaking clients but not a requirement

·  Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

·  Ability to use Plato is an advantage but not a requirement
