Reporting to the General/Operations Manager, the incumbent will support vessel turnaround by handling port formalities, bunkering, cargo, cruise, and husbandry operations, including technical calls. RESPONSIBILITIES

Mainly but not limited to:

• Plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of port calls, including for cargo and cruise vessels, to ensure safe, efficient and timely turnaround.
• Plan, perform and coordinate port agency work for both cruise and cargo vessels, including berth and terminal arrangements, liaison with all relevant authorities and terminals, and completion of Immigration, Customs and other port formalities related to the vessel’s port stay.

Job Description

• Prepare and review Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) Works specifications.
• Assist the ICA Lead and manage the engineering design works for the Control System Architecture, Data Communication Networks, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Programmable Logic Controller / Distributed Control System (PLC/DCS), DDC (Direct Digital Control) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and any other ICA Works as required.
• Handle equipment package and procurement including technical specifications preparation, technical clarification, technical bid analysis, etc.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including internal teams of different trades, clients, consultants, other packages contractors, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure success of the project.
• Prepare, review and liaison with subcontractor(s) in the design and submission, ensuring allproject specifications and design standards are met.
• Work with cross function project team to support project activities, i.e. schedule, process, progress claims, work progress, etc.
• Manage and supervise the project execution, site installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, plant proving related to Instrumentation, Control and automation system and interface works with other disciplines and all stakeholders.
• Attend to clients’ comments and ensure clients’ approval & acceptance to all ICA related design, installation and Testing & Commissioning Works.
• Resolve the site technical related matters.
• Design, Engineering, FAT, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of System Control PLC/DCS, DDC and SCADA, Input / Output list, Data Communication Network for ICA, BMS, ACMV, Fire Alarm Panels, Instrumentation, FAT and SAT of Interfacing Panels, Instruments, Pumps, Cable Support System, Cabling & Termination Works.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering /Mechatronics /Advanced Diploma in Process Control and Instrumentation or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of ICA Works. Candidate with more than 5 years experiences can be considered as senior level.
• Experience in Selection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the Instrumentation.
• Experience in ICA engineering Works, preferably in water/wastewater projects will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Programming of PLC/DCS, DDC and SCADA will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the system of Building Management (BMS), Fire Alarm, One-Way and Two- Way, ELV, ACMV will be preferred.
• Experience in ICA, BMS, Fire Alarm, One-Way and Two-Way, ELV, ACMV panel design will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Project Execution, Supervising and Coordination with subcontractors, consultant and Client.
• Good knowledge in Autocad 2D, familiar with Microstation and Autocad 3D software will be an added advantage.
• Good technical understanding and experience in water, wastewater and environmental engineering works.
• Fresh graduated candidates are also welcome.

PDPO(Privacy and Data Protection Office) is the organization to lead, supervise, and empower all TikTok's privacy work in an accountable and industry leading way. This team is the expert in the landscape of privacy risks and passionate about consulting across the company on implementing the proper safeguards and technical mitigations to ensure that our users’ privacy is honored across the TikTok's products and platforms.

Job Responsibilities/ What you’ll do:

• Conduct in-depth technical assessments focused on finding privacy issues in internal and external facing systems, products, and services.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate privacy-preserving security measures throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Research and analyze emerging threats in privacy, proactively identifying mitigation strategies and testing methodologies to protect user data.
• Automate privacy-focused assessments through tooling, scripts, and frameworks to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Support the development of practices, processes, mechanisms, and the documentation for these activities, both internally and with working groups.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong Computer Science, Security engineering and Privacy engineering fundamentals
• Deep understanding of privacy engineering concepts (such as data minimization, anonymization, secure data processing)
• Strong foundation in penetration testing / red teaming
• Strong foundation in manual secure code review, with the ability to identify privacy vulnerabilities, security flaws, and data leakage risks in applications and services.
• Able to collaborate, prioritize duties, and work well on your own
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and compliance teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years work experience in web security or data security
• Experience in Penetration Testing or Red Team exercises
• Strong ability to analyze complex systems for privacy risks and provide actionable privacy recommendations.
• Ability to understand and apply privacy foundational concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience making contributions to the security or privacy community, such as public research, blogging, presentations, bug bounties, CVEs, etc.
• Experience with common testing frameworks, such as the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• 2+ years work experience with scripting language including code maintenance and review
• Experience implementing or assessing the implementation of GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent privacy regulation
• Experience with tools used to perform Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) or Static Application Security Testing (SAST)
