We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across a range of business functions. From managing documents and maintaining filing systems to supporting events, handling data entry, and assisting with light finance tasks — you will be the backbone that keeps things organised and running smoothly.

This is a well-rounded role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things in order, communicates clearly, and enjoys being the go-to person for operational support.

What You Will Do

General Administration

• Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard
• Organise and maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring records are properly archived and easy to retrieve
• Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and appointments, including logistics and scheduling

Data Management

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain consistency across records
• Review, correct, and update data entries in Excel to ensure information is current and error-free
• Compile and organise data for reports, presentations, and other business requirements

Finance Support

• Assist with light bookkeeping tasks including reviewing invoices and processing expense reports

Project & Ad-hoc Support

• Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the team
