Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can work across both frontend (including mobile) and backend systems to build scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain frontend applications (web and/or mobile).

* Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.

* Work with microservices architecture and cloud-based systems.

* Integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.

* Collaborate with Product Managers and designers in Agile teams.

* Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience.

* Experience in frontend development (e.g. React, Next.js, or similar).

* Experience in mobile development (native or cross-platform preferred).

* Strong backend experience (e.g. Node.js, Java, Python, or similar).

* Familiarity with microservices architecture and API integrations.

* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP).

* Comfortable working in Agile environments.

Note: Candidates must have both frontend AND backend experience. Pure frontend or pure backend profiles are not suitable.

Job:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications that require intensive multithreaded processing. This role is critical in building scalable, low-latency systems for mission-critical applications.

Role:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust Java-based applications with a focus on multithreaded architecture.

• Develop and optimize concurrent algorithms and threading models to improve performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management to deliver high-quality software.

• Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and concurrency issues.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.

• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Hands-on experience in Java software development with at least 2 years of experience.

• Experience with JSF, Hibernate, Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, or distributed systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with tools such as JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• This role will need to secure a clearance, due to the sensitivity of the project.
