Scope of Service

The Project Manager (EUC) shall lead EUC workplace services delivery including standardisation, operations optimization, and project implementation. The role involves managing deployments, stakeholder coordination, operational readiness, and governance documentation for workplace services across WOG and WOG/SSOE environments.

Minimum Educational Qualification

The Project Manager (EUC) shall preferably possess a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Information Technology or related disciplines.

Skill Level Requirement

The candidate shall be assessed at Associate Consultant level, i.e., with less than 4 years of relevant experience.

Workplace Services

a. Endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management standardisation – delivery of standard processes/artefacts covering onboarding/offboarding/device swaps and asset tracking; include adoption/rollout evidence.

b. BAU operations optimization for Microsoft 365, Zscaler, DNS, Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), Mail Exchange service – delivery of at least 1 BAU optimisation initiative with measurable outcomes where possible.

c. Mobile device management enhancement – delivery of at least one (1) improvement with rollout scale and post-rollout stabilisation outcomes.

d. Print services and SharePoint governance implementation – delivery of governance/enablement outputs and coordination of implementation with evidence of operational stabilisation.

e. Enablement of WOG/SSOE devices for agency-developed applications – delivery of at least 1 enablement engagement with outcome such as successful go-live and reduced access issues.

Digital Transformation Projects

f. End-user request workflow digitalisation via standardised forms/workflows – delivery of at least 1 end-to-end workflow.

g. RPA/Power Automate workflow implementation and optimization – delivery of at least 1 automation (new or optimised) with change/release records and measurable reduction of manual steps/errors.

h. Self-help knowledgebase and user education material development – creation/maintenance of knowledge with quantity produced and effectiveness tracking approach.

i. Centralised account management process improvement across WOG/SSOE – delivery.

Infrastructure and Technology Refresh Projects

j. Clinical end-user environment technology refresh or office relocation project – coordination of at least 1 refresh deployment with rollout plan, readiness checklist, comms plan, and stabilisation outcomes.

Drive successful delivery of the following key outcomes through comprehensive research and impact analysis,defining and tracking of success metrics, as well as continuously improve on existing solutions.

• Plan and conduct regular data stock take to ensure data is inventoried meaningfully.
• Plan and conduct regular data classification reviews to ensure data is classified in accordance to organisation's data classification framework.
• Plan and conduct regular compliance checks, engage stakeholders to solicit evidence and close any identified gaps, and report findings to senior management.
• Plan and conduct data risk assessments and personal data protection impact assessments.
• Identify gaps in awareness and implementation based on queries and compliance checks, so as to developmaterials and implement engagements with business teams to advance the maturity and capabilities of staff on data management best practices, data protection, and policy compliance.
• Support the review, formulation, and update of organisation's data policies, frameworks, processes, procedures, and guidelines to keep up with industry best practices and refinements in WOG guidelines.
• Act as the main liaison for related Compliance queries and submission requests from other Government Agencies.
• Perform administrative and other duties as required.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Management, Law, Information Management, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

o leading and/or delivering data governance/ data protection/ data management/ related work.

o formulating and implementing data governance related policies, standards, frameworks, processes, or
guidelines.

o conducting data risk assessments and/or data audits.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will work as a key project team member to support the ministry and collaborate with stakeholders, fellow project managers, solution architects, technical services consultants and vendors to deliver and maintain digital solutions. What we are looking for

• Minimum 5-7 years in technical business analysis roles.

• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices, preferably with experience in Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) environment.

• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Proficiency in reviewing vendor-delivered code across multiple programming languages with focus on security, performance, and maintainability standards.

• Proficiency in code review tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and quality gates.

• System Log Analysis: Expertise in analysing application logs, system performance metrics, and troubleshooting technical issues using log management tools.

• Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk or similar) for log analysis.

• Business Analysis with Technical Depth Technical Requirements Translation: Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.

• Vendor Management & Technical Oversight: Experience in evaluating technical deliverables, conducting code walkthroughs, and enforcing development standards.
