Global Funding (Treasury) technology team is looking for a senior engineer to join our team. The role will cover Development as well as Level 3 support within the APAC team. The team is working on multiple deliverables, and you will therefore need to be agile in moving between roles and projects.

Job Summary

We seek Part-Time Knowledge Management Specialists to organize, classify, and structure educational content focused on Primary Mathematics. This role suits detail-oriented candidates comfortable with digital tools and interested in education, Mathematics, data, or AI.

Responsibilities

• Organize and classify educational content to support the development of a smart learning platform
• Review content for accuracy and consistency following structured guidelines
• Input data accurately into digital systems and spreadsheets to maintain content integrity
• Manage and check spreadsheets to ensure data quality and correctness
• Apply time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks independently after training
• Learn and adapt to internal guidelines and processes to improve content management efficiency
• Maintain a responsible and proactive attitude toward assigned tasks and continuous learning

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in tutoring, teaching, classroom support, or other education-related roles
• Familiarity with the Singapore Primary School Mathematics syllabus to enhance content relevance
• Experience in content management, data entry, tagging, categorization, or administrative checking

Job Responsibilities

Production Conditions and Standardization:

• Develop and uphold technical standards, work standards, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and control plans.
• Manage tasks related to establishing and standardizing production conditions for FCBGA manufacturing.

Product Yield and Quality Stability:

• Oversee tasks aimed at improving product yield and maintaining quality stability.

Process Optimization:

• Set-up and optimize conditions for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) processes for new product introduction and continuous improvement in mass production.

Yield Improvement:

• Conduct activities focused on investigating and implementing measures to improve yield and standardize these improvements.

Productivity Enhancement:

• Engage in activities to enhance productivity through standardization, review of work procedures, and automation of process checks.

Process Equipment Evaluation:

• Set up and evaluate AOI process equipment.

Inspection and Measurement Equipment Evaluation:

• Establish and evaluate equipment used for inspection, measurement, and analysis in the production process.

Process Change Management:

• Handle requests for process changes and manage their implementation.

Roadmap Verification and Implementation:

• Verify and implement roadmaps, including the verification of design rules and integration of new materials.

Customer Technical Meetings:

• Manage and conduct technical meetings with customers to address and resolve technical issues and inquiries

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager, as required to support the team and organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Experience in substrate, PCB and semiconductor processes or production engineering is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are welcome.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Preferably with PCB manufacturing process background.
• Good knowledge in AOI/Metrology process.
• Experience in managing quality and productivity in production environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with measurement, analysis, and reliability evaluation tools (preferred).
• Basic understanding of substrate manufacturing processes (preferred).
• Good understanding of macro or programming is advantage

Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent listening skills with the capacity to understand and address customer needs.
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to effectively plan and execute projects.

· Experience working with business users and project teams.

· Strong Unit Testing, SIT and UAT experience.
