Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll for outsourced employees, including contract and temporary staff. Ensures compliance with statutory requirements, manages payroll-related enquiries, and liaises with clients and employees on payroll matters. Supports onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, and payroll administration while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for contract and outsourced employees accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

Accounts Duties

• Handle the full set of accounts, including general ledger, month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Process purchases, staff reimbursements, and payments to vendors (Accounts Payable).
• Issue invoices, credit notes, preform receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments from customers (Accounts Receivable).
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with CPF submissions, GST filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Administrative Duties

We are looking to hire a Front Office Trading Application Support Specialist to provide frontline production support for our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank. They will look to cover trading and front office applications across multiple asset classes, supporting business-critical trading activities and ensuring platform stability and availability.

This role is the key focal point for the customer/client /associate experience, restoring complex/major production incidents under tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs), pursuing root-cause and problem resolution follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Front Office production/application support for trading applications across asset classes like FX, Interest Rates, Credit, Commodities, Fixed Income products.
• Work closely with traders and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve application, trade flow, and production issues.
• Monitor trading platforms, application health, batch processes, and operational workflows to ensure system stability and availability.
• Manage Incidents and Problem management.
• Perform start of day, End of Day and start of week checks.
• Analyze application logs, activity logs, and batch logs using Python scripting and SQL queries for troubleshooting and issue investigation.

Key Requirements:

• 3–4 years of relevant Front Office / Trading Application Support experience within investment banking or financial services environments.

• Good understanding of financial markets and ideally more than 1 asset class such as FX, Interest Rates, Commodities, Fixed Income, or related trading products.
• Hands on experience on SQL queries and commands.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• PhD/ Master/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• More than 7 years of relevant experiences in semiconductor equipment design or troubleshooting experiences with at least 3 years of leadership experiences

• Subject-matter expertise with CAD software, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD&T, flow analysis and/or Design for Excellence principles 

• Proficient in simulation and analysis methods (FEA, thermal analysis and tolerance analysis)

• Strong in the following fields: Thermal, Compressible flow, Engineering Design, Machining & manufacturing processes
