CCR is seeking an experienced individual to oversee and develop efficient finance and human resource (HR) operations as well as office management in the administration of the church. The incumbent must be a passionate follower of Jesus with a desire to see God’s Kingdom advance through a well-run organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Overseeing and developing efficient office management in Admin, Finance and HR operations.
● Leading and developing the staff to foster a culture of service and spiritual maturity within the administrative team.
● Ensuring all administrative and operational activities align with the Church's vision and missional needs.
● Ensuring compliance with legal and church regulations.
● Managing church financial health, including the support of budgeting, payroll, and reporting to the Finance Committee.
REQUIREMENTS
● Minimum 5-years related experience in Accounts, HR, Secretarial or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Management experience of at least 2 years leading a team of minimum 2 persons for related functions.
● Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in English
● Basic knowledge and implementation of book-keeping required. Familiarity with accounting concepts and software essential.
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and willingness to learn and work comfortably with other programs as required.
WORKING SCHEDULE:
● To support our Sunday services and community, Sunday is a regular working day. In lieu of this, Monday is designated as a fixed off-day.
● As our ministry is deeply rooted in the Tampines community, candidates should consider the practicalities of a long-term commitment to this location.
