Job Summary:
Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers and outlets, ensuring proper handling, accurate documentation, and compliance with traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily delivery of goods according to assigned routes and schedules
• Load and unload goods safely, ensuring no damage during transportation
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and ensure accurate handover to customers

Role Overview

The Logistics Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations of the company’s training programs. This role is responsible for delivering and collecting training materials to and from onsite classes, maintaining equipment, supporting product deliveries and sending of trainers to training sites as required. The Logistics Driver ensures all materials and equipment are in working order, has good driving habits while safely operating the company’s vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Collection

• Transport training materials and equipment to onsite classes across Singapore.
• Collect materials and equipment from completed classes and return them to the office.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of all items.

Equipment & Materials Management

• Check that all training materials and equipment are complete and in proper working condition before and after delivery.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
• Report any damage, malfunctions, or shortages to the supervisor immediately.

Vehicle & Transportation

• Safely operate the company vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
• Plan routes efficiently to optimize delivery schedules.

Additional Duties

• Assist in product deliveries or other logistic needs as required by the company.
• Support operations team with ad-hoc tasks related to logistics and training setup.

Skills & Competencies Needed :

• Valid Singapore driving license and clean driving record.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and managing the servicing of the vehicle.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure equipment and materials are complete and functional.

Class 4 Driver

to support our daily operations, including transportation and delivery of goods across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class 4 vehicles safely and efficiently

• Deliver goods to designated locations on time

• Assist with loading and unloading when required

• Ensure proper handling and care of goods

• Perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance

• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines
  

Job Duties:

· Reporting to traffic control team

· Maintain radio communication always

· Timely arrival for delivery of import cargoes

· Timely arrival for collection of export cargoes

· To check and confirm the documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc

· Endorsing of permits at customs checkpoint

· Vehicle maintenance and housekeeping

· Report any vehicle or cargo damage due to accident

· Check, tally and proper handling of cargoes

· Proper handling of company assets and equipment

· Report any cargo discrepancy during course of work

· Possess Class 4/5 license

Requirements:

✅Minimum 3 years of driving experience

• Manage the store’s inventory of tools and equipment including Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), ensuring accurate record keeping and organization of the inventory.
