Key Responsibilities
· Execute in-store merchandising of FMCG products by arranging, presenting, and refreshing displays to align with brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
· Build and maintain positive working relationships with retail store personnel, supervisors, and key account managers to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans.
· Monitor stock levels on shelves and in the storeroom, coordinating timely replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
· Set up promotional displays, point-of-sale materials, and ensure pricing is accurate and visible during campaigns and seasonal pushes.
· Report on market intelligence, including competitor activities, shelf share, shopper behavior, and product feedback.
· Achieve sales and merchandising performance targets by implementing effective product placement and visibility strategies.
Requirements
· At least 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in retail, sales, or merchandising.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at the store level.
· Highly motivated and able to work independently while traveling to multiple store locations within assigned territory.
· Physically capable of handling stock (up to 20kg) and standing for long hours during store visits and product setups.
· Familiarity with planograms, in-store execution standards, and sales reporting tools is a plus.
