KeyResponsibilities
•Manage Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) hardware, software, reports,and users
• Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe replatform onboarding (CASA,ATM, CPF, Cards, etc.)
• Automate repeated tasks using scripts
• Manage hardware: object server workstations, library devices, backup/archivestorage, client workstations, terminals, printers, network equipment
• Install, configure & maintain CMOD and related software
• Monitor and maintain DB, cache storage, archive storage
• Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities
• Define report indexing, storage sets, storage nodes, printers, bundlingworkflows
• Create and maintain application groups, applications, folders, indexes
• Define CMOD groups and users
• Automate report loading processes using Shell/Python
• Manage backup, recovery, and tuning of CMOD systems
• Resolve CMOD upstream/downstream server, network, or application issues
• Handle CMOD SRs and production incidents
• Perform system analysis, create solutions, recommend process improvements
• Collaborate effectively to meet team deliverables.
This position involves mandatory night shift support aligned with global production operations.
