Job Description

• Maintain and publish information security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines based on knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements

• Generate and follow-up on baseline scan and hardening compliance checks

• Handle security incidents and alerts from GCSOC, GICS and security devices

• Compile and review access rights report

• Perform regular user and infrastructure account/logins reviews

• Handle and assess reported phishing emails

• Manage and track security advisories from GITSIR and Principals

• Review and follow-up on security events generated by Splunk, ArcSight and other SIEM tools

• Perform and generate regular VA report. Do assessment and follow-up of vulnerabilities identified from servers, network and web application scans

• Collaborate with stakeholders for risk management, mitigation and remediation measure.

• Perform patch management tasks such as maintaining current knowledge of available patches, deciding what patches are appropriate for systems and work with Ops team to ensure required patches are installed within timeframe

• Liaise and support IT security audit and review, track open audit issues to closure

• Identify issues that could bring impact and escalate any serious issues and violations, highlight security status and concerns to management

• Periodic reporting of security status to management

• Point of contact to assist and advise on ICT security related matters

• Oversee and expand the portfolio of cybersecurity products and related technical services to drive market growth andprofitability.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance service quality, optimize product delivery, and develop competitive pricingstrategies.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for medium- and long-term business planning.
• Identify and evaluate potential partner relationships tosupport product adoption and maximize market reach.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; candidates without IT qualifications must have 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong motivation and willingness tolearn, or professionals with sales experience in other industries, are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

Leadership & Strategy
Act as the Service Director's delegate when required, overseeing team priorities and strategic initiatives.
Drive cloud and service adoption strategies, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Lead post-delivery operations including contract renewals, asset tracking, and maintenance reporting.

Cloud Service Delivery & Operations
Responsible for the delivery and operations of Broadcom VMware Private Cloud services, ensuring SLA compliance and system reliability.
Manage escalations and Severity 1 incidents, coordinating with internal teams and communicating with customers and stakeholders.
Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and automation.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary escalation point for service issues and customer complaints.
Ensure transparent communication with customers throughout the escalation and resolution process.
Present monthly SLA summaries and service performance reports to clients.
Process Excellence & ITIL Adoption
Champion ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and guide the operations team in adoption and compliance.
Identify and implement process improvements and tool enhancements to support service delivery.

Reporting & Governance
Prepare and present performance reports, improvement plans, and compliance metrics.
Oversee vendor management and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Engineering, and Application teams to align service delivery with business needs.

Availability & Support
Provide on-call support for critical systems and networks.
Maintain disaster recovery readiness and ensure security and compliance across cloud environments (as required)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager, Commercial & Partnerships to lead revenue growth through in direct channels. This role will focus on expanding market reach, strengthening strategic partnerships, and optimizing partner performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

1.Strategic Partnership Development

• Develop and execute business plans for nominated strategic partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in channel sales or partner account management within MNCs or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding channel revenue targets.

• Excellent negotiation skills with strong commercial, contractual, and technical acumen.
