The job role

This role is full time permanent position managerial role within the Finance Department.

The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions within the Finance Department. Main responsibilities will be to manage full set of accounts and preparation of financial and management reporting.

Key duties:

*Production of month end management accounts including P&L,balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

*Management of accruals,prepayments,depreciation and petty cash month journals.

*Reconciliation of monthly key ledger balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.

*Maintain accounting records and database.

Candidate Profile and attributes

We are looking for candidates who would have a professional qualification ACCA or CIMA. Candidates with bachelor degree in Accounting will be duly considered.

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to support business growth across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting technology and connectivity solutions within the maritime sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal technical, operations, and delivery teams to support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution development through to contract closure and account expansion.

Candidates with experience in maritime, satellite communications, telecommunications, or technology sales are highly preferred. Individuals from related industries with a proven track record in business development and account management are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Drive business development activities across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with vessel operators, ship managers, fleet owners, and other maritime stakeholders.
• Develop and manage customer relationships to achieve revenue growth and long-term account retention.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and participate in industry events to strengthen market presence and build networks.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements to support strategic sales initiatives.

Proposal & Commercial Support

• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Gather and translate customer requirements into commercial and technical inputs for solution development.
• Ensure customer expectations align with pricing, scope, and operational capabilities.
• Support contract negotiations and assist with commercial discussions through to project award.

Account Management & Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and commitments.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights internally to improve products, services, and customer experience.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Sales Operations

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, activity reports, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and support teams to ensure successful execution of customer requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.

Job Scope

We are looking for a Content & PR Lead who can own and drive our storytelling end-to-end —from shaping narratives to executing content across channels and securing meaningful media coverage.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think in stories, write with clarity and empathy, and translate our work into content that resonates with both the public and the media.
