Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor booking trends and forecasts to optimize vessel utilization.
• Manage medium-term space allocation and container balance in line with equipment plans.
• Coordinate cargo routing and vessel optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze cargo flow and performance data to support decision-making.
• Handle disruptions and implement effective cargo recovery solutions.
• Drive cost efficiency through proactive planning and response.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Capacity Management team.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to boost efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience 
• Able to adapt quickly to changes
• Good with Excel

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering contingent, exclusive, and retained recruitment assignments in the shipping sector.
• Recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles in technical or commercial disciplines.
• Managing and growing relationships with new and existing clients globally.
• Owning the full recruitment cycle: job briefing, search, candidate engagement, interviews, and offer management.
• Positioning yourself as a trusted industry expert — not just another recruiter.

• Full-cycle / 360 recruitment experience from any industry.
• A proven track record of placing permanent, professional candidates.
• Confidence in managing exclusive and senior assignments.
• Commercial awareness and a consultative, client-first mindset.
