Key Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support to ongoing projects
• To assist to pick up calls and provide customer service support
• To communicate with authority officer for project status and issues when needed
• Liaise with client on project administrative matters such as authorization forms, application forms, payment of application fees
• Daily download of correspondences from authorities from Corenet (prior knowledge on Corenet is plus point)
• Maintain and update project status for ongoing projects. Send reminders to Team member on authority deadlines
