About the role

Solstruct Engineers Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing

Managing and maintaining office systems, procedures and policies
Providing administrative support to the management team as needed
Handling general office duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events and travel arrangements
Maintaining and updating employee records including attendance and leave records
Ordering office supplies, managing the office pantry, and overseeing other inventories
Tracking office expenses including review of employee claims, invoices, etc.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
