PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations for providing technical assistance with equipment operation.

4. Perform specimen handling, control and tracking functions to identify and troubleshoot defective materials.
5. Ensuring all inspection procedures perform is comply with client’s standard of procedure and completed within the timeline assign.
6. Records and report equipment failure discovered during the preventive maintenance cycle
7. Be the main contact point with internal and external stakeholders
8. Assist in the evaluation of new or modified techniques when required.
9. Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess least Degree and above preferably in digital systems and computer Engineering.
• Knowledge of R2, Responsible Recycling for E-Waste.
• Advantage knowledge of Life Cycle for personal computer.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the logistic / 3PL / Supply Chain is required for this position.
• Proficient with computer function and SAP knowledge.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask and work well in a fast pace’s environment.
• Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.

1. To plan and perform risk identification that has potential threat in organization goals & objectives or smooth running the operations such as financial, operational, compliance, etc 
2. To plan and perform risks analysis based on their probability & effect. 
3. To establish risk mitigation plan with process owners to reduce or remove these risks. 
4. To conduct employee training & awareness to help them to understand organizational risks, how to observe and report the risks. 
5. To prepare risk management report to the Risk committee  
6. To plan and perform regular audit to ensure Regulatory requirements, risk management, internal controls and governance are in place and action plans are taken promptly to reduce  
7. To drive and establish BCM program and Recovery Plan for the region to ensure business continuity in the event of crisis.  
8. To drive and maintain Enterprise Risk Management to ensure risks are monitored and mitigated.  
9. To assess risk environment and effectiveness of the risk management activities periodically due the dynamic nature or new risks. 
   

Requirements

• Good diploma/ degree in Legal, Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration. 

• Candidates hold a MSc in Risk Management or professional certifications such as PRM (Professional Risk Manager) will be advantage.  

• Min. 3 years of experience in implementing risk framework and management system. 

• Experience in facilitating dialogues, processes and decisions with cross functional senior stakeholder. 

• Strong knowledge and understanding of internal controls, risk management and governance, auditing techniques and methodologies. 

• Excellent communication and report writing skills. 

• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by performing pick & pack, kitting, receiving & shipping operations according to internal and external customer requirements including returns.
• To ensure all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• To perform any on line tasks (i.e. loading of boxes, accessary insertion, bar-code scanning) required for final shipment of cargo, if any.
• To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.
• To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
• Operating of warehouse equipment such as forklift, reach truck and stacker and ensure the equipment is well maintained at all times.

Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm ; Alt. Sat 8am - 12pm

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Direct and administer all Security Programs within YCH Group.

2. Manage and oversee Security Operations, Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV Surveillance, IDS, VMS etc) & Corporate Security Policy & Processes at designated YCH sites.

3. Taking the lead in project management of setting up of new sites and/or new projects which requires installation of new security systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS, VMS etc) for new or existing YCH sites.

4. Take responsibility for issuing, managing, and controlling the Security Management System (SMS), and update and reissue as required.

5. Conduct security risk assessments and review of security protection plan for the designated sites

6. Ensure site compliance with Corporate Security Policies and Procedures

7. Monitor Security System Equipment and ensure proper functioning and maintenance is carry out.

8. Respond to Security incidents and investigate security breaches

9. Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders on all security matters or issues relevant to the designated YCH sites.

10. Manage the security guarding contract for the designated site and ensure security vendor meets performance standards as defined in the Service Level Agreement KPI.

11. Conduct Security Awareness Training to YCH staff, vendors and security personnel.

12. Undertake other ad hoc assignments or duties as required by the Head, Security.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Education Level: Minimum Diploma education & above

· Preferably with experience with the military/police service/ security industry in a supervisory role.

· 3 to 5 years of experience working with Security Operations, physical security design and implementation of Security Systems (Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance)

· A good team player, possess high level of initiative, hands on, meticulous in details, organized and resourceful

· Strong in communication an interpersonal skill and customer focus

· Able to work independently and resourceful in scope of work

· Have a good understanding of risk management principles and application of mitigation measures

· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals regarding physical security standards and designs

Roles & Responsibilities

Automation Maintenance (Main)

1. GTP AMR/ACR/AGV maintenance.
2. Perform ad-hoc troubleshooting and attend to operational issues for AMR/AGV related matters.
3. Plan and execute servicing and maintenance activities.
4. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
5. Spare parts management and monitoring stock availability.
6. Improve and upgrade the automation equipment.
7. Liaise closely with other departments on work schedules, especially Operations.
8. Keep records of maintenance, repairs, uptime/downtime, and spare parts inventory.
9. Prepare monthly downtime reports and spare inventory reports.
10. Prepare KPIs and Quality Procedures.
11. Prepare the annual cost budget for maintenance.

ASRS Maintenance

1. Perform ad-hoc troubleshooting and attend to operational issues for ASRS related matters.
2. Plan and execute servicing and maintenance of ASRS installations in respect of PLC control and conveyor systems.
3. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of ASRS equipment.
4. Resolve operational problems related to PLC control, sensors, conveyor systems, and other electrical and/or mechanical installations.
5. Improve and upgrade the ASRS equipment.
6. Liaise closely with other departments on work schedules, especially Operations.
7. Keep records of maintenance, repairs, uptime/downtime, and spare parts inventory.
8. Source and replenish ASRS spare parts.
9. Prepare monthly downtime reports and spare inventory reports.
10. Prepare monthly maintenance and shift schedules.
11. Support ASRS operations 24/7 or provide standby support.
12. Prepare KPIs and Quality Procedures.
13. Conduct half-yearly load testing of ASRS cranes and lifts.
14. Prepare the annual cost budget for ASRS maintenance.
