We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Client Services Officers to act as the primary point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and service.
- Onboarding new clients, providing guidance through products and services
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, operations) to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver reports, updates, and account reviews to clients as needed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services offered to existing clients.
- Collect and relay client feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Performance driven
- Diploma or equivalent required
- Singaporean or PR
- Age 21 and above
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., financial services, customer service and investment].
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
