Job Summary

You will manage customer inquiries and requirements through email and phone, schedule and assign jobs to drivers, and maintain accurate records using Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requirements via email and phone to provide timely support
• Schedule and assign delivery jobs to drivers to ensure efficient route management
• Send daily signed Proof of Delivery (POD) emails to confirm completed deliveries
• Perform accurate data entry using WMS to maintain up-to-date inventory and order information
• Generate picking and packing lists through WMS to prepare orders for shipment
• Submit weekly and monthly inventory reports to customers using WMS to keep them informed
• Prepare necessary logistics and shipment documents as required to support operations
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications to support daily administrative tasks
• Willingness to work overtime when required to meet operational demands
• Demonstrates passion for continuous learning and personal growth

Working Hours 5.5 working days Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations while managing stakeholder relationships and supervising logistics teams to ensure efficient supply chain execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to maintain seamless supply chain flow
• Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, delivering regular updates and resolving issues promptly
• Manage client expectations by handling escalations and providing transparent communication
• Lead and supervise logistics teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a productive work environment
• Provide training and support to logistics staff to enhance team capabilities and operational efficiency
• Apply project management and planning skills to organize logistics activities and meet deadlines
• Utilize supply chain and logistics expertise to optimize processes and reduce costs
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with partners and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and resolve conflicts
• Analyze problems and make informed decisions to maintain smooth operations
• Operate logistics software to track shipments, inventory, and performance metrics
