KeyResponsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple construction and engineering projects.
• Lead and supervise Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Coordinators, and operational personnel.
• Manage and optimize deployment of manpower, equipment, vehicles, and resources across project sites.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality standards, and project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong business relationships.
• Facilitate effective communication and information exchange between clients and internal project teams.
• Analyse operational and risk management data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Assess and implement workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor and manage operational risks, safety performance, and corrective actions.
• Resolve project-related issues, operational challenges, and client concerns in a timely manner.
• Review manpower utilization, operational costs, and project performance to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee staff training, development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to company growth strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience overseeing multiple projects and large-scale operations.
• Proven experience managing a workforce of more than 50 employees.
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and construction industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and resource management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel applications.

Job Responsibilities

· Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.

· Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.

· Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations.

· Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM).

· Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

· Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations throughout the installation and commissioning process.

· Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.

· Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields

· Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong M&E project management expertise and at least one completed project cycle.

·Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other M&E design tools·

Responsibilities:

a) Liaise with Project and Operations Manager for work scheduling and site arrangement.

b) Assume roles and responsibilities as Project Engineer and/or Coordinator for assigned projects.

c) Assist Project/Operations Manager in fulfilling project management duties.

d) Report and support all operational matters, including administration, manpower scheduling, training, staff evaluations, and progress tracking.

e) Prepare work plans for execution of various project components.

f) Supervise and manage site activities and provide updates to the Project Manager.

g) Ensure high quality of work and timely project completion.

h) Attend project coordination and progress meetings.

i) Track and update workflow related to purchase order status.

j) Conduct site surveys and prepare quotations for client submission.

k) Troubleshoot issues and provide alternative technical solutions to clients, including maintenance support.

l) Manage and maintain all project-related documentation, such as service reports, maintenance logs, risk assessments, certificates of completion, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.

m) Contribute to capability development and business development initiatives.

n) Implement and uphold Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and requirements.

o) Educate, interpret, and ensure compliance of WSH standards among site workers.

p) Conduct site briefings and training for site supervisors.

q) Evaluate site supervisor and worker performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Maintenance, Building, Construction Management, or a related field

• Higher NITEC, ITE, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline

• Relevant experience in site coordination, engineering, or supervisory roles

• Strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices and site operations

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

-Assist in managing full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations

-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

-Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing

-Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

-Handle payroll processing and tax filings

-Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

-Support audits and maintain financial controls

-Manage cash flow, funding, and budget allocation

-Control and manage financial processes, including collections and payments

-Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors

Requirements:

~Degree in Accountancy or a related field

~Knowledge of and experience in applying International and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

~Knowledge of Singapore GST and corporate tax requirements

~Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software

~Good interpersonal and communication skills

~Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
