Role Overview

As the Founding Sales Representative for Indonesia, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the early sales motion in the market. This is a foundational, entrepreneurial role where you will work closely with regional leadership to validate the go to market strategy, secure early customers, and build the operational foundation for our local team. You will play a key role in launching a new market from the ground up, with a clear path to leadership as the team expands.

• Own the funnel: Channel → Activation → Pipeline → Revenue. Every organic initiative must include a target metric, revenue logic, and a clear payback period.
• Shift our organic narrative to target higher-value, AI-ready segments (Mid-Market/Enterprise).

2. AI-Powered Content Engine (Scale & Speed)

• We sell AI, so we must operate with AI. You will design and implement fully scalable, programmatic, and AI-assisted content workflows.
• Use agentic coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to automate SEO tasks, internal linking, and content research.
• Move fast: Launch quickly, iterate weekly, kill quickly if it doesn't work, and scale aggressively if it does.

3. Technical & Generative SEO Excellence

• Maintain flawless technical SEO (indexation, crawlability, Core Web Vitals).
• Structure our content to be easily digested by LLMs (Schema, entity-driven structures, Information Gain optimization) to ensure Wati is the primary cited source in AI-generated answers.
