Please be aware that this role is deeply integrated into the trading floor operations, and will therefore involve certain support responsibilities related to price feeds and Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM).

Qualifications :

• Previous experience at an investment bank, hedge fund or a commodity trading firm

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, or an equivalent field

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• At least 10 years + strong knowledge of frontend development, such as React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• At least 10 years + strong backend development experience using technologies such as Python, Node.js, Java, or C#

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Maintaining detailed position summary for respective business unit
• Compiling daily profitability reports enabling traders and brokers to determine how market moves are impacting their positions
• Contributing to the weekly summary to Board on P&L movement
• Ensure all deals have an accurate Mark to Market.
• Maintain, calculate and issue daily price exposure to the Matrix
• Maintain profit / loss reporting to ensure these are accurate at all times.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required by brokers, traders, marketers and management

The Product Control Analyst (PC) role supports all day-to-day running of the trading desk, ensuring a detailed position summary is kept for the traders and for the matrix as a whole (if applicable) and that the traders' exposures are monitored. This may involve the consolidation of data for the trading matrix. 

The PC is also accountable for a broader range of activities on the desk, e.g. risk/ exposure of trades and ensuring exposure is properly documented and calculated in a consistent manner, the monitoring of futures that are near expiry (where applicable), and determining what to hedge (upon checking with traders).

The PC is expected to provide commentary on the daily profitability reports to explain P&L movements - this requires the PA to have a strong understanding of the P&L and other relevant market information related to the matrix. 

The PC provides all management information and decision support to the traders, e.g. creating reports and/or undertaking general trading, market, or other modeling and analysis on behalf of the traders.  In some cases, this may involve other activities such as rolling storage or internal projects such as supporting the setup of a new business and working with the MIS/ IT team.

We are looking for a corporate secretarial professional with strong secretarial skills. The role is mainly responsible for the corporate governance of Vitol Group entities established in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.

Job responsibilities:

• Organise board meetings including scheduling dates and logistics
• Prepare board and committee packs in accordance with agreed timelines, including the drafting of agendas and any other documentation required for board and/or committee meetings
• Full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions, ensuring good corporate governance, compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, etc.
• Maintaining the corporate database and filing of corporate records, including but not limited to board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, board changes, annual reports, past and present directors and officers, etc.
• Preparing KYC packs in response to counterparty due diligence
• Assisting with the drafting and execution of various commercial and intercompany documents
• Contacting notaries and embassies to arrange for notarisation/legalisation of documents
• Providing administrative support for documents and activities related to corporate restructurings, such as mergers, formations and dissolutions
• Working with other members of the global corporate and legal teams on special projects and initiatives
• Reporting to the Head of Corporate Governance based in Geneva, Switzerland and also the Regional Controller based in Singapore

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience working in a law firm or in-house legal/corporate secretarial department with experience in company law and familiarity with handling ACRA matters
• The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA) qualification is preferred
• Capable of prioritising and managing own workload
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Well organised with an eye for detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent command of English is a must
• Able to liaise with people across all levels of seniority

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Singapore-based analytics team. You will work closely with commercial and operational desks globally, building innovative applications that directly influence the firm's decisions.

You will play a key role in transforming our existing application landscape — rapidly prototyping, iterating, and delivering scalable solutions. You'll need to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage project lifecycles independently, and thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.

Our stack is C# and/or Python on the backend, with React (TypeScript) on the frontend. Strong candidates will be proficient in at least one backend language alongside React; familiarity with both C# and Python is a significant advantage.
