The Senior Product Manager, Account‑to‑Account Risk is a product execution leader supporting Visa’s participation in a regulatory‑led, industry‑wide proof‑of‑value initiative focused on detecting and preventing scams across account‑to‑account payment networks.

This is a fixed‑term, project‑based role for a period of 33 weeks, designed to support a time‑bound evaluation initiative with clearly defined milestones and outcomes.

This role serves as a product owner and integrator across advanced risk analytics, data science, and engineering teams, with responsibility for shaping and delivering high‑impact fraud and scam detection use cases under strict evaluation timelines. The role requires deep prior experience working with advanced predictive models in complex, data‑sensitive environments and the ability to translate analytical outputs into clear, decision‑ready insights.

You are a product leader who brings strong execution discipline, analytical judgment, and practical experience from prior network‑level or industry‑wide pilots, allowing you to maximise speed to insight and avoid re‑learning cycles in evaluative, time‑bound settings.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead product definition and execution for Account‑to‑Account risk use cases, including transaction risk scoring and scam / mule account detection, within a proof‑of‑value environment.
• Shape and articulate clear product hypotheses, requirements, and success criteria aligned to agreed evaluation metrics and outcomes.
• Partner closely with experienced data scientists, modelers, and engineers to optimise early design and configuration decisions for advanced predictive risk models.
• Apply learnings from prior industry or network‑level pilots to accelerate delivery, reduce iteration cycles, and increase the likelihood of identifying incremental scam activity.
• Own end‑to‑end product delivery across the initiative lifecycle during the 33‑week assignment, including:
• Environment and deployment readiness
• Validation of training and evaluation datasets
• Model training, testing, and evaluation coordination
• Ensure all product outputs meet required specifications, including risk scores, indicators, and flagged account outputs, and are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Serve as the primary product interface with external stakeholders and internal cross‑functional partners, providing clarity on product intent, progress, and trade‑offs.
• Support formal readouts and working sessions by distilling complex technical and analytical results into clear product narratives and insights.
• Partner closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure delivery aligns with data governance, confidentiality, and usage constraints.
• Build strong internal relationships across product, risk, data science, engineering, and regional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within payments, account‑to‑account networks, fraud, scam, or financial crime risk solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading product delivery alongside advanced data science and engineering teams building model‑driven or predictive risk capabilities.
• Prior exposure to industry‑wide pilots, proofs‑of‑value, or multi‑stakeholder initiatives involving complex data and governance requirements.
• Strong business and product judgment, with the ability to prioritise high‑signal outcomes within a fixed‑term, milestone‑driven engagement.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in highly governed, data‑sensitive environments with multiple external and internal stakeholders.

The CMS Support Associate will be part of our Client Services team within the Global Contact Center organization and will be responsible for supporting financial institutions and partners with cross-border payments. As a CMS Support Associate, you will be working with external clients and banks along with internal Technical Account Managers, Compliance, Treasury, Product and Technical teams regarding issue management and support for Money Movement.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role at the intersection of clients, technology, and operations, ensuring Visa Direct Money Movement solutions are implemented at a scalable, compliant, and operationally sound manner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and manage end-to-end implementation delivery, including objectives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, project sponsors and clients
• Guide clients through the technical and operational integration of Visa Direct offerings, ensuring workflows, controls, and operating models are clearly understood and adopted
• Configure and prepare test environments, complete setup and configuration activities, and coordinate testing phases to support successful go-live outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of how Visa Direct products operate within client environments in order to troubleshoot issues and resolve implementation challenges effectively
• Proactively identify, document, and manage delivery risks, ensuring appropriate governance, escalation, and mitigations plans are in place
• Anticipate potential issues or delays and drive corrective actions early to protect timelines and delivery quality
• Communicate implementation status clearly and consistently, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, escalating complex or high-impact issues with sound judgement
• Clearly articulate complex technical, regulatory, or operational topics and facilitate aligned decision‑making across multiple teams
• Act as a strong client advocate during implementation, while balancing Visa’s risk, compliance, and operational requirements
• Maintain high‑quality implementation documentation, and contribute to the development of reusable artefacts, templates, and best practices

This role in Japan will be responsible for delivering consulting engagements for our financial institution clients in Japan, enabling growth and improved profitability across their payments business.

A Consulting Manager is responsible for significant components of client engagements, and in some cases end to end delivery. Typically, this will involve interacting with the client team, gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations.  The full range of responsibilities are detailed below:

• Support the preparation of client project proposals, providing input to objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, roles and responsibilities
• Develop a fact base by undertaking client interviews and analyzing client documentation or processes
