We are seeking an experienced Editor who is deeply passionate about storytelling and highly proficient in the latest post-production tools and workflows. This role requires a strong creative eye, technical excellence, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a critical role in shaping narratives, elevating content quality, and collaborating closely with producers, directors, and creative teams.

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor that is passionate about short form content and visual storytelling to join our creative team in Singapore which focuses on the creation and production of original and branded content across different formats as well as verticals.

This role will work closely with our creative teams and producers to create content for a wide range of online videos and marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead end-to-end editing for both short-form and long-form content, branded content, and digital campaigns
• Take creative briefs/rough edits to clear, concise finished videos
• Translate scripts and raw footage into compelling, emotionally engaging narratives
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and creatives to achieve the desired storytelling vision
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines
• Create effective video content for various social media channels
• Execute advanced editing techniques including sound design, colour grading, and motion integration
• Stay updated with latest editing trends, AI tools and post-production technologies
• Optimise content for various platforms (social, OTT, broadcast)

Experience and Attributes:

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional editing experience in film, drama, or content production
• Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling across short and long-form formats
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of pacing, story arcs, and audience engagement
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight production timelines

The Art Director will be responsible for work produced on behalf of our clients, as well as any work created for Viddsee. You are required to help to conceptualise, produce and implement creative and content that solve both the clients’ and Viddsee’s briefs. You are also expected to maintain our company’s standards of creative excellence. 

You will report directly to our Chief Content Officer and work closely with different internal teams within Viddsee to support and create assets for a wide range of campaigns and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct and help conceptualise creative ideas that meets our clients’ objectives 
• Participate in pitches and presentations to client.  
• Demonstrate a sharp understanding of project briefs and industry trends & insights to drive discussions with teams and craft exceptional pitch decks.

Experience and Attributes:

• 4-6 or more years working as a Creative (Art) in the agency setting in the Marketing/Advertising industry.

• Skilled in adopting generative AI workflows while ensuring consistent, high-quality visual storytelling.
• An eye for concepts and cohesive visuals across fields like video, micro-drama, photography, illustration, and Design. 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and management skills with a proven       ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Persuasive and articulate in presentation, inspiring confidence and trust within the Internal team and with Clients.

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager based in Singapore to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our brand and content projects across the region.

This is a highly independent role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys creative problem-solving, and can take ownership of multi-market digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution — including media planning, performance marketing, and content amplification across social, search, and video platforms.
• Drive user and audience growth through innovative digital strategies for Viddsee’s branded projects, microdramas, and community activations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, production, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with project goals and brand messaging.
• Manage marketing budgets and reporting, optimizing resources and tracking campaign ROI across platforms. Analyze data and performance metrics to derive insights and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
• Stay ahead of trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with vendors when needed to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in media, content, or creative industries.
• Hands-on experience running digital campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and setup to analytics and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and social content marketing.

At Viddsee, the Account Management team functions as the go-to people between clients and the agency. As an Account Management Intern, you will be working closely to support our Account Managers / Director in the execution of a project. This can range from discussing project requirements with team members, cost & budgeting, external vendor liaison, as well as client/project management from end-to-end (pitch-execution-reporting). 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Support Account Manager / Account Executive in pitches and/or ongoing projects. 

• Assist in the development and management of project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met.

• Participate in internal & external discussions/meetings, taking notes and providing clear and concise summaries.

• Work closely within the Account Management Team, and with other Internal Teams - Creative, Marketing, Production team to deliver work in a timely manner. 

• Demonstrates effective and clear communication with both Internal Teams and External Parties.

Requirements and qualification:

The Creative Team brings a project’s creative vision to life by working with different creative personnel and production departments on the ideation and execution of the project. The Creative Intern) will work closely within the creative team to assist in the ideation and packaging of concepts for both branded and original content.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Assist and collaborate with the creative team in creating original concepts for campaigns for Branded and Entertainment.
• Provide primary and secondary research support for concept ideation and development
• Assist in the creation of presentation/pitch decks
• Develop and produce motion graphics and design elements for various video projects and digital content.
• Collaborate with the team to create visually engaging graphics that align with the storytelling goals.

Requirements and qualification:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Prior experience in film/video conceptualization, creation and motion graphics
• Strong command of design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D) 
• Good command of the English language.
