Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) - 3 or 4 days in office/client office; 1-2 days WFH

Key Responsibilities
You will be the "engine room" of our marketing department, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Your tasks include but not limited to,:
Support with marketing collaterals : Creative assets creation for field marketing campaigns. Event invitations, registration pages, social media assets and more
Event Support : Managing event RSVPs by tracking and managing the communication with RSVPs on all event details.
Organizing : Keeping a well organized JAPAC Field campaign library, updating various event calendars across the organization to ensure the teams field marketing is cross collaborating with are well informed, handling internal administrative tasks
Operational Support: Keeping track of the MQL lifecycle, from uploading marketing lead lists into the sales flow, looking into relevant reports and dashboards to report on follow up and ROI. Keeping track of all new technology and tools to help in amplifying existing marketing campaign efforts.

Younion is seeking a high-agency, results-driven Sales Director to lead revenue growth across APAC. This role requires a self-starter with strong industry networks in the marketing and technology ecosystem, capable of opening doors, building strategic relationships, and consistently closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive revenue targets across APAC markets
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the B2B technology and IT sector
Leverage existing relationships within the marketing and brand ecosystem to generate qualified leads
Build and manage a strong pipeline across enterprise and mid-market accounts
Develop strategic account plans for key clients and prospects
Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, delivery) to craft compelling proposals and solutions
Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Represent Younion at industry events, forums, and client engagements
Provide market intelligence and feedback to shape service offerings and positioning
Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in sales/business development within event marketing, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing services
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Strong network within the marketing fraternity, particularly in technology, SaaS, and IT services companies
Demonstrated ability to sell to senior stakeholders (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Regional Directors)
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate client needs into solutions
High ownership mindset with a bias for action and execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
