Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple clients (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, month-end closing)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Prepare and submit GST filings and other statutory requirements
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax agents on accounting matters
• Assist in year-end closing and audit schedules
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Support process improvements and accounting system enhancements

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm or handling multiple clients
• Strong experience in full set accounting
• Knowledge of Singapore compliance (GST, ACRA, IRAS requirements)
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
