You will manage the customer service counter, attend to shoppers and tenants’ enquiries/feedback, support Marketing Communication activities including but not limited to issuing of contest coupons / gift vouchers, handling of promotional gift / bank rewards redemptions, handling systems relating to shopper management and loyalty programme, and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ level with at least 2 years’ relevant experience. Diploma holders will have an added advantage
- A pleasant personality with good spoken communication and customer service skills are essential
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- 5 days work week
