Job Duties & responsibilities

Part of a scrum team handling Treasury & Markets Projects/Enhancements.

Gather Business requirements from stakeholders (Front Office, Back Office, Finance etc.) including facilitating requirements workshops.

Analyze/Validate the business requirements and translate them into detail requirement specifications (includes functional and non-functional requirements).

Ensure requirements have proper traceability.

Conduct User acceptance testing and reviews and drives resolutions for the issues encountered.

Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.

Requirements

Bachelors or higher degree preferably in business or Computer Science IT

At least 6-8 years working as a Business Analyst in banking domain

Possess strong business & technical subject matter knowledge Understanding of multi-asset class products; FX, Bonds, FXO, Equity Derivatives is preferred.

Preferred to have experience in SQL and Elastic Search/Kibana

Working experience on Treasury & Markets Related Project is preferred.

Ability to run and manage projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development

Develop and maintain custom web, desktop, or mobile applications for manufacturing operations (e.g., MES, SPC, Equipment Tracking, Quality Management). o Integrate applications with factory systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, PLCs, and data historians. o Design APIs and interfaces for seamless data exchange between IT and OT systems. o Support the automation of manufacturing workflows, reporting, and analytics dashboards.

• Database Development

Design, build, and optimize relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.). o Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and ETL scripts. o Manage database performance tuning, backup/recovery, and data integrity. o Collaborate with data engineers to structure data for analytics and reporting.

• Operations & Support

Work closely with manufacturing engineers, process owners, and IT infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. o Provide technical support for deployed applications and databases, including troubleshooting and enhancements. o Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, audit, and change management standards.

• Continuous Improvement

Experience Level: 3+ to 8 years

Strong proficiency in Java 11/17.

• We are looking for IT Security Engineer to handle the following responsibilities
• Develop and maintain IT security policies and action plans, reviewing them at least annually or as required by the Customer.
• Evaluate and recommend IT security products and solutions for implementation within the Customer's IT infrastructure.
• Implement and manage risk assessment methodologies, ensuring compliance with relevant service management requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement security management frameworks and governance structures as specified by the Customer.
• Establish and manage IT Security Incident Management processes, including detection, response, and handling of security incidents according to Customer guidelines
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to resolve IT security incidents effectively.
• Participate in and contribute to industry-wide IT security incident response simulations and technical assessment exercises.
• Conduct forensic investigations when required, including secure disk 'mage acquisition and analysis within specified timeframes.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and solutions relevant to the Customer's IT infrastructure.
